I have never been more upset, embarrassed or unhappy with a doctors office in my life. Youre better off going to a walk in clinic. I have been a patient here for years and am finally throwing in the towel. The other two reviews on here are absolutely correct. They refuse to work with my other doctors, dodge calls, have referred me to other doctors I have had poor experiences with, they have withheld important (non addictive, cant OD on) medication until I am completely out and suffering withdrawal symptoms... not to mention I have been placed into a stereotype that I most certainly dont fit in. My new doctor, friends, family, therapist... they have all witnessed this practice being uncooperative, unresponsive, rude and judgmental. My new doctor and other medical professionals have told me they have never had so much trouble dealing with a GP office before. Dont make the same mistake I did for far too long, find a better doctor in the area.

Im confused by the poor reviews. If anything, they are your average doctors office. I saw Dr. Armstong once and she seemed capable and helpful. She was not the most personable or warmest, but helped me figure out the vision issue I had. I did tell her I had a knee issue at the same visit and was told to come back for another visit to discuss it. So, that was frustrating but I understand that they have limited time and cant always do everything. I will say that I went back to see Joshua Brinks FNP and he was amazing. He truly listened, cared, was knowledgeable, and came up with a plan to help me. Id see him again and already told multiple people about how great he was. I wish I could see him as my primary care doctor.

The one star reviews here are totally off the mark. I was a patient of Dr. Phillips for many years, and was never less than totally satisfied. He went the "extra mile" for my late mother, not even a patient, but thats a story for another time. Google Dr. Brian Phillips Gaslight Family practice and read the reviews. And no one on his staff gets less than three.
