I thought the girls at this office were great at first. After an emergency with my dachshund I was happy to switch to this vet. Big mistake. They prescribed a medicine that needed to be refrigerated, but no one said it had to be. Since she took her first dose at the vet, I didnt read the box until I was about to throw it out the next day. When I went in to get another one, they wanted me to pay them AGAIN because I "should have read the sticker on the box" but the medicine was taken out of the box before I even brought it home. When I asked to speak to the owner, they wanted me to wait in a room for over 20 minutes for him to get off a "conference call." At the end of the day, I made an appointment at a vet 40 minutes away I used to take my dog to as a puppy even though Donaldson is only minutes away. I walked out unhappy and without any medication (the girls confiscated the one that wasnt refrigerated.) Vet visits are stressful enough without having to worry about the vet not giving you enough info and double charging you for medications. I would stay far away from this vet for anything medical related. They are good for grooming nails and taking your money for an exam that didnt get you anywhere but medication-less.

I am very distraught over the way I, and my dog, were treated. I took my dog in for a routine cleaning, specifying that they call me before pulling any teeth. They did call me. Telling me that the teeth on her top would need to be pulled from the K-9s back. The lady on the phone also said that some of her incisors would need to be pulled, at which time I asked again, from the K-9s back right? On the top only right? Her reply, "correct". The incisors are the middle teeth. The front teeth. My poor dog, cannot eat. Cannot keep her drool in. Im now financially responsible for wet food for the rest of her life, because I am a forever home for this animal. The Vet, when I came back in, distraught, talked to me as if I were a child, and that I was in the wrong. She refused to take any responsibility. She did not explain the procedure to me correctly and never said anything about the bottom pulling at all. When I asked to see the x-rays.. the computer was conveniently unavailable.

This Dr. Has put the Donaldson Name to shame!! Dr. Cory bought the name with the business!! Hes TERRIBLE!! After spending $1000 here with no real reason why our cat is still losing weight, I see 2 worms in his vomit!! They kept him for 2 nights for fluids and observation! Nobody saw worms?? After being put off on the phone about bringing the worms in for ID and meds, I drove them over. Still waiting back for results on blood work that was ran yesterday, the Dr. is bad at getting back with his clients in a timely manner. Explaining my worries to an assistant, the Dr. comes from the back and pounces on me, shouting that hes busy!! I left in tears!! If you want to blow your $$, this is the place. If you want COMPASSION?? Try another vet!!

Amazing Service! Everyone at the Donaldson Animal Hospital is great. My dog Tank recently had to have surgery there and the surgery went great and after the first day he acted like he didnt even have a surgery. I thought for sure Tank would be down for the count for a few days but we actually had to keep him calm because he was so energetic. I can only imagine the reason why he was feeling so well was because of the wonderfully done surgery. Thanks Dr. Marti! All I can say is that I couldnt imagine going anywhere else but here. I love DAH!

Love these guys!! Dr Cronin is fantastic. She is smart and compassionate. The ladies at the front desk and friendly and welcoming. I wouldnt take my dogs anywhere else. My yorkie was close to the end from kidney issues, they kept him overnight on fluids and meds, he has made a wonderful recovery. Hes now on meds before every meal and a special diet. He has pep again. I cant say enough about this place, my fur baby is still alive because of them.

A few months back we made the switch to Donaldson Animal Hospital and it was the best choice we could have made. The care and attention to our dog is unmeasurable. The staff truly care about the animals that come through their doors and it shows. We are so grateful that they were able to answer our dogs medical concerns. They devised a plan for us and now our buddy is back to being himself. Highly recommend!!!

We take all 3 of our cats here and they are wonderful! They always take such great care of our girls and seem to really care about their well being. They are very accommodating and have Saturday hours as well. Weather its been a nail trim, a spay, shot updates or a vet emergency they have been kind and compassionate. I recommend Donaldson to anyone with pets!

My dog had a ACL surgery here about a month ago. Couldnt of asked for better results. The staff and doctor were supportive and amazing to deal deal with. The vet tech Jennifer was very knowledgeable and took her time answering any questions I had. The doctor, Dr Cory, reassured that my dog would be perfectly safe and well taken care of.

I am so happy with Donaldson, they are so sweet and caring of my dogs and cats and very reasonable. The staff is great and I am perfectly comfortable asking them anything as well as they make sure to space out my lill dogs vaccinations so they dont get too sick. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

We love everyone at Donaldson Animal Hospital. Dr. Anchill usually sees our pets, and she is wonderful with them. They think they are going in to get petted and loved on, and dont even realize they are getting a shot. Our dogs leave with their tails wagging, ready to come back again.

If youre on a budget dont take your animals here. The staff is nice, but they are money hungry. They try to guilt trip you into procedures that some people just cant afford or try to push unnecessary testing while youre in a vulnerable state. Vet care is costly enough.

Love those people! Ive lived in 3 different states and have been to a lot of vets. Donaldson Animal Hospital is by far the best. The staff is wonderful, the facility is always clean, and my 2 dogs and cat are always handled with gentle care. Highly recommended.

They overcharge on services (3 times as much in some cases) and if you give suggestions to the owner he tells you to not tell him what to do because hes the owner.
