Unfortunately, terrible experience! I had taken my dog there approximately 7 yrs ago to remove some fatty tumors. It was expensive but what the heck it was my baby. Dealt with Dr. Harper then & she was none to pleasant. Back in March 2017, my same dog, now 3 months shy of 11 years old was experiencing a severe limp. Appears to be her right front shoulder. Yes she is overweight & elderly. When i took her in March. Dr. Adolph quickly ascertained the problem. Gave her a shot & prescribed some pain meds. My dog was back to herself in a week, at a very reasonable cost. I take her back last Friday & low & behold, its Dr. Harper! . I cringed! Dr. Harper is callous, antagonistic & down right rude. Even asking me whether I lived in Detroit or Redford! So unhappy with the service. Or lack there of ! that I was provided. So now in a nutshell, Ive already paid $450.00 for nothing! She drew blood, ascertained my dog has a low thyroid, some sketchy liver #s & may or may not have an active Tick Born virus. That was another $125.00 test fee. No results yet. When I asked her "when are you going to get to hershoulder pain? She stated that will come in time". In the meantime my Dog can barely walk. I was instructed to stop at the clinic today to get her pain meds. Clinic is open till 6:00 pm. Got there at 4:20 pm. Doors are already locked. No one will answer & I called their office, whereby i was dispatched to the Livonia Office who confirmed someone was still in the biuldind. But they wouldnt answer the door. BOTTOM LINE! my poor dog still no pain relief. I am out $450.00 for nothing & i have now scheduled another appt with another vet. I feel like this Dr. Was just looking for my credit card # & i will never be back there again! Dr. Harper! Shame on you. Regardless if you are a people Dr. Or Animal Dr. Your Bedside Manner is atrocious & you should open your ears, not your mouth!

I recently got a puppy dog and she needed her shots. So we googled a animal vet to get our new dog shots. Than we found Plymouth Beech Animal Hospital. We later called in made a appointment for her shots. It was a women on the phone and sounded pretty professional.So the next day we went to the vet. We got sent to a room.And waited for our doctor to show. Later she came in and she begin lecturing us about our dog. Like thanks for the hints but We already had another dog and knew how to care for one. So basically doing the whole appointment she was trying to sell us different things that was either already had or unnecessary. So around that time it was time to leave so my daughter she was 14 at time. The doctor didnt want my daughter to hold her own dog which was I guess was a rule of the vet. So I decided to pick her up but the doctor basically snitched her away from me. And told me she want to check something else . So I was like okay. So the doctor decided to get up in take her in the back. Like what the heck how come I couldnt see what it was so i followed her. To the back and we was about to pay. So thats when she wanted us to buy other dog food and treats which we already had purchased. So than we paid and it was a fortune for only 1 shot.Than my dautghter reached for HER DOG and the doctor pulled. Like it was her dog. And she said " No one under 18 years old and carry a dog out" Like I highly doubt if we would have paided for all the offers that she said my daighter would be about to carry her out. And thats when I found out that this vet was all about money they dont care about the animals needs only the money. And also the doctor name was Dr. Harper. But later we found a ever sweet doctor I wish I knew her name but she was the best vet that I meet up there.AND THAT WAS THE ONLY REASON THAT I GAVE THEM A 3 STAR BECUASE OF THE NICE DOCTOR

I loved the office workers, they were great! However, Dr. Harper was far from it. We went in with a newly adopted dog for routine vaccines and a nail trim. It turned into the WORST vet visit ever! She is ridiculously abrasive. Despite having told her that we just got this dog two days prior, she began lecturing us on how we are not properly caring for him. After giving him his vaccines and taking forever to cut his nails (still lecturing us), she starts to send us on our way. Oh but wait, she forgot to take blood for his heart worm test! So, she has to put him back on this lift table thing (cause she cant bend over), freak him out all over again to take blood. Then she couldnt find his vein. Finally at the counter to pay where she is pushing me to buy heartworm prevention there. Ive already told her Im purchasing it elsewhere at that point. Then she tells me he can come back for a three year rabies in 12 months. They gave him a one year rabies and didnt inform me until after the fact! I said when I walked in that I wanted the three year. All in all, she was terrible and doesnt listen a word you say. We own a dog, we foster, we rescue, we know what we are doing. She wouldnt hear any of it and went on about how we are awful, basically. Based on a dog that we literally just got and are trying to care for properly.

All of the experiences Ive had with Plymouth Beech Animal Hospital have been great! Dr. Wuerth is the doctor there and she is really good with my puppy. The office overall is great and I love the personal attention they give to my puppy such as calling after a visit to see how he is doing, remembering his name, etc. I am also new to having a puppy so I have a lot of questions and they always give in depth polite answers and never make me feel silly.

I have never had any issues with this vet. Better experienced & and very good with my 3 fur babys. They worked with me on the shots and prices. They know all 3 dog by 1st name bases and spoil them. And My fir baby love there vet. They dont like the human s.s!!

I loved this center until I had a conversation with Laura. She was so rude and disrespectful. She refuse to let me speak to anyone. She hung up the phone and when I called back she refuse to give me the number to the other clinic. Very disrespectful.
