I took my German Shepherd here as a 2nd opinion for battling with a pretty severe skin rash. Ive already spent thousands with another Vet and things never improved, but continually got worse. I brought all my dogs previous paper work in to give a clear history of what weve been through and done. Dr Guild spent a lot of time clearly explaining all of our options and we started her on medication and also suggested we give a medicated bath. He also mentioned that they also have grooming services if we would like to use them for as well. In a nutshell, 1 week into Dr. Guilds treatment she has improved by 50%. We also had her groomed and soaked bath as well. ( Let me add, Ive never seen her coat look so well and feel so soft. And her shedding has dropped nearly 85% ) Yesterday we had a 2 week follow up visit, and shes doing great !!! We also scheduled another bath,soak,and dry. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Guild and his office! Staff and very friendly and helpful. Its so great to know your taking your loved pet to someone who clearly loves animals and is looking out for your animals well being. Thank you Dr. Guild, and Animal Hospital Maple Orchard

I moved into this area several years ago and had been looking for a vet that was both affordable and that connected with the animals treated. I tried three different vets that I was unsatisfied with before I tried Maple Orchard Animal Hospital. I have to look no further. I have taken all three of my Whippet boys to Maple Orchard Animal Hospital and am very satisfied with the connection the vet had with each and every one of them. I also felt that it was affordable (despite the upscale location). It was easy to get an appointment and I had no wait time. This is very important when you take multiple animals to the vet at the same time. I would definitely recommend this vet to those who are new to the neighborhood or who are looking to change vets.

I am beyond thankful to have found Dr. Rice and Dr. Guild. My rat had been having bleeding with an unknown diagnosis for about a month. Antibiotics didnt help, and I was coming to a road block in treatment. Dr. Rice and Dr. Guild performed urgent surgery on my little Watermelon. They removed a very large uterine tumor and spayed her. This surgery was very risky, but Dr. Guild and Dr. Rice worked magic! My Watermelon is recovering so well! She is a new rat with a new personality now! They saved her life and I am so grateful. Dr. Rice also has done a fabulous job treating my other rat Pineapple for a URI. This vet clinic has such patience with the animals and it has a nice small community feel. Take your rats to this vet :)

superb veterinary practice. Dr. Guild is amazing, extremely knowledgeable and truly cares about all of the animals he sees. He goes out of his way to help and is ALWAYS accommodating. I always feel 100% better after leaving there because I know he has my dogs best interest at heart. I also get my dogs grooming done there. I absolutely love that this is available because I feel comfortable leaving him at my vets office for grooming versus anywhere else. I can honestly say I feel very fortunate to be able to utilize Animal Hospital Maple Orchard as my dogs veterinary service. They seriously will love and treat your pet like one of their own. Thanks Dr. Guild and Team - you guys are the best!

Dr. Guild is, hands down, the best vet I have ever worked with. I have 30 years of experience with many veterinarians as I have cared for various animals most of my life (dogs, cats, horses and more). What I like most about Dr. Guild is his communication style...he is warm and caring, succinct and direct in giving advice, and is humble and willing to admit if he is unsure of a diagnosis. I have had far too many vets who will happily spend their patients money to throw every solution at a potential problem. Dr. Guild is very thoughtful in suggesting remedies and his prices are extremely fair and reasonable. I would recommend him with my highest regards. Whitney Smith

I dropped off my cat for grooming and was told it would take about two hours. Four hours later I still havent heard anything and my phone calls went to voicemail. I drive up there to find her lion cut incomplete (they left her tail bushy) and I was offered no apology or explanation as to why I was never contacted. I know they had a correct phone number as I confirmed via text message and also gave my boyfriends number as a backup. Whats more is I had asked them to update her rabies vaccination, but its not on my invoice. Its unfortunate to have such an experience as its very close to home and inexpensive compared to her previous groomer. I wont be back.

Dr. Guild is one of the most compassionate people I have ever met. He truly loves animals and taking care of them. His staff is also terrific and you can tell they enjoy working with the animals and their owners as well. Dr. Guild has taken care of my two dogs and two cats since he took over this practice and I could not be happier. We just rescued a third dog and when we checked the vet records, Dr. Guild is the vet who has been taking care of these rescued animals. He has expanded his practice in such s short time because he is such a terrific vet. Take your babies to him...you will not be disappointed.

Doctor G. and his staff are not only knowledgeable but they are also very user friendly. There has never been a time when I had a question that they did not take the time to respond to me. They treated all my questions with the upmost importance. They are personable and very professional. I enjoy taking my cat to them for grooming and care, I always know that my precious cat will be taken care of with excellence and I am not apprehensive ever to leave him in Doctor Guilds care. Whether you have a cat or dog, you will always know that your special pet will receive GREAT care and be in the BEST hands!

Dr. Guild and all the staff are genuinely kind and caring. They went out of their way to take care of our cat with emergency visits, even when I was going back and forth between our previous vet because they were closer to our new home. He helped me learn how to administer fluids under the skin at home and suggested meds that can be administered on the skin to minimize nausea. They also were so wonderful in caring for our 2nd cat who was diagnosed with HTCM. Unfortunately we lost both members of our family. But AHMO was very caring to us as well.

The staff was very friendly and Dr. Guild was personable, thorough and great with our 3 cats. The first appointment for their physicals and vaccinations went very smoothly. When we had an issue come up with one of our cats a few weeks later, Dr. Guild and his staff were very responsive via emails and phone calls, and they never hesitated to offer to see her right away. She received the attention and care that I think all pet owners hope for when it comes to the well being of their pet. I would highly recommend Dr. Guild and his practice.
