The older lady at front desk with raspy voice was so rude she was very unprofessional went on to tell us her sisters dogs name was deez nuts ? Me and my husband arrived around 4pm no one else was there we waited for over 40 minutes in the hot room it was 77 degrees outside and they had the heat cranked up! When the doc DID finally arrive the little bit i could translate from his accent was him trashing the other hospitals Worse experience!!!

The Dr. is awful and rough with pets. He has a difficult accent and does not explain things. He wants to charge you a lot of money for minimal services, calls you back repeatedly for expensive unnecessary visits (about $60+), and wont give you a solid price for the services or explain the necessity of the services clearly. Save your time, money and head ache. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

The Doctor did not request paperwork from ermgency center like I requested and they requested, he said he didnt need them. He was rude and yelled at my 5 year old. Never explained things or asked any real questions just gave her more medicine and told me I didnt have to follow the emergency vets directions. My dog is still sick. I will never go back

The Dr sucks. The nurses r nice tho. The Dr wants to nickel and dime u every visit. Plus he charges to much for shots. Take your pets to 1111 joslyn rd in pontiac 10dollar shots and the Dr is so caring. And if u need to get your dogs ears cropped take it to Dunkel vet hospital they crop the ears with a Laser and u get your puppy back the same day.

I took my 2.5 year old dog in and the service was good. I could tell that one of the staff members were having a bad day but other than that the Dr. was nice and straight to the point. My dog didnt care to much for the place :) they also groom there. Grooming will be my next trip there.

Dr. T is very informative and kind. The nurses are nice. His prices are fair. My Rottweiler is a big baby and he is so sweet with her. You are treated with as much respect as you give. I highly recommend this veterinary hospital.
