Dr. Khoury is the fourth dentist weve tried since moving to Michigan 3 years ago. I sure wish we would have found him first! *The office is clean and comfortable *I have been several times for myself and with kids, and we have never waited more than a couple of minutes. And there isnt a long wait once you get to the back, either. Most efficient dentist I have ever been to. *He and his staff are warm, helpful, and friendly *His scheduler will honestly answer questions about insurance. She was careful to make sure I understood the difference between "accepting insurance", and being "in network." *The dental technicians are highly trained. They dont just clean, they explain the "whys" of dental care. My children are finally flossing. Enough said!! *I saved the best for last. Dr. Khoury alone is reason to go to Oxford Smile Center. He is the perfect mix of kind and professional. He knows a lot, AND he is skilled in performing procedures. He listens to our concerns. His advice is conservative-- I dont feel like he pushes his services on us. But he is willing to work with us if we feel we need more. (My son chipped several teeth in an accident, so we have needed extra care and advice.) My favorite thing about him is that he is really great with my kids. My six yr old was so scared and in pain after losing a filling from another dentist. Dr. Khoury went out of his way to make sure she was calm and comfortable before he started. He spoke assuring words to her as he worked. I could not ask for more.

Over the years I had developed a fear of going to the dentist. That fear kept me from going to the dentist for many years. My husband tried the Oxford Smile Center and couldnt say enough about his great experience with Dr Khoury and his staff. I decided to make an appointment. After my first visit/consultation I knew I had found the right place. The anxiety and fear that I had experienced for so long was erased by Dr Khoury and his amazing staff. They are very professional, thorough and use state-of the -art equipment. The atmosphere in the clinic was cheerful and I even heard laughter...in a dental clinic!! I cant say enough (without sounding cliche or corny)...Awesome Experience!!! Thank you again, Cynthia.

I returned to Oxford Smile after living away for a few years. The office staff is friendly, accommodating and thorough. They seem to understand customer service" This was my 2nd cleaning this year and I am one of those patients who needs more than just 2 cleanings each year. I had two different hygienists and each are equally professional and encouraging that I can improve and my teeth can be better with proper care. They are kind and do not make you feel bad that maybe you dont have the best routine yet, but you can get there. Also, each time I have gone there I do not have to wait in the waiting room, so they schedule correctly. Time is important to all of us.

Dr. Khoury and his staff are always so kind, caring and gentle. They are very accommodating to our ever changing schedules. My children all have had wonderful experiences there and so has my husband and myself. I highly recommend them if you or your family are looking for quality dental care. After years of going from one dental office to another, Dr. Khoury was able to fix correctly many issues of bad workmanship from other dentists on my teeth as well as my husbands. He is patient and is always willing to explain things thoroughly and let you know what the best options are. Its nice to know that we have found a great local dentist office.
