I went in to see Dr. Singleton several months ago to have a tooth looked at that was causing me pain. He found a crack in my tooth and a cavity in the adjacent tooth. I scheduled an appointment to have the cavity filled and to have a crown installed on the other tooth. Having very sensitive teeth it was a necessity to have gas to undergo the procedure. It became a terrible experience from the amount of work that was performed after the gas wore off there was an extreme amount of pain that I had no relief from. After things started to heal the cavity tooth continued to be very sensitive. I have been back to them on 5 different occasions to have the problem taken care of. The solution for Dr. Singleton is to attempt to adjust the "Bite" by grinding the filling and any other tooth it comes in contact with. This has been done without any pain relief causing extreme pain and discomfort during the grinding. I have been to 2 other dentists since then and no one wants to try to correct the work. Im to the point where I dont feel comfortable going back to their office and enduring additional pain with no positive outcome. I currently can not chew on that side of my mouth due to the work performed which is believed to have caused nerve damage. I would not recommend anyone see this dentist considering I went in with one problem and came out with a completely different one and more discomfort than I started with. I have complained to them several times and they refuse to follow up assuming I will stop calling or the band-aid they are trying to use to fix the problem they created works.

Recently relocated to Michigan, and searching for a new dentist. Previous, I had only (2) different dentists in other location. One of these dentists retired, the other dentist I was happy and comfortable, and I trusted......This was my expectation. I was looking to establish another long-term relationship and trust a new dentist. After researching and visiting firsthand several dental offices, I decided initial dental exam with Dr. Singleton. "Wow".....super professional staff, high-tech up to date equipment, comfortable and extremely clean office and exam rooms, with a great outdoor view! High-tech Xray equipment, fully digital including panoramic...awesome. Hygienist (Amy), outstanding. Thorough exam and cleaning, the best Ive ever experienced, great chair side care. Amy explained each step/process, documented with notes along with the X-ray data. Dr. Singletons exam, also very thorough, explained results in plain English. Dr. Singleton complimented my previous dental work, pointing out the great care I had been provided from my previous dentist. Dr. Singleton suggested future treatment and options. I did not feel "over-selling" for recommended treatment. I wanted and expected a thorough dental exam and related treatment if needed. What I received, was an opportunity to establish relationship with a new dentist. Outstanding! Thank you Dr. Singleton and staff. Im in good hands. G. Tarter

I saw Dr. Singleton in March 2016 after my front, canine tooth broke. He said it was an emergent situation that needed to be take care of right away. He would "very gently" remove it, and if the bone cracked, he would have to do a bone graft. He should have referred me to an oral surgeon. Unfortunately I didnt know any better and complied. He had to stand up, forcefully pulling out the tooth AND bone. Then he tried to do a bone graft, which failed. I had pain, bruising, and swelling for over a week. I was left with a huge hole and a fake tooth that exceeded well past my gum line. After the bone was supossed to grow for 6 months, I saw a specialist. He told me it was so bad he had to send me to a specialist who would have to do soft tissue grafting as well. The specialist diagnosed me with severe bony atrophy , a 5 mm cleft, and a lack of gingiva on the buccal. This means I will have to have ANOTHER bone graft, this time bone will have to be taken out of my jaw, AND I will have to have soft tissue remove from my palate. This is very painful, time consuming, and expensive. So I sent a letter of explanation to Dr. Singleton asking him to reimburse me and send the X-rays. He sent old X-rays I had given him, not X-rays from the day he did the procedure in March. He stated he was not financially responsible

I spend the whole night crying due to terrible tooth pain. I left a message for Dr. Singleton on his emergency hotline at 5:30am. He called me back at 6:00am and was nice enough to meet me at his practice at 6:30am and not even charge me extra for the emergency visit!! My tooth was dead and infected, and I needed a root canal. I explained to him that I was a recent grad with little money, no credit, and no dental insurance. Dr. Singleton and his staff worked with me on making sure to get me approved for a 12 month, 0% interest, payment plan. Dr. Singleton also gave me the lowest price compared to all of the places I called. Everyone at his practice is extremely friendly and welcoming. His assistant was also very engaging and made me feel comfortable. All of my friends told me how painful root canals are, and I honestly did not feel anything. I was actually shocked when he told me the root canal portion of the procedure was all done. They even took the time to call me back the next day to make sure that everything was going well, and send me a postcard at home! I can honestly say with confidence that I have found a dentist for as long as my family and I continue to live within reachable distance of the Saline area.

Dr Singleton is the best doctor I have ever had, period. His genuine care for his patients and his extensive experience make going to the dentist a lot less intimidating. Most procedures are quick, painless, and done with great quality and care. His entire staff is also very friendly and courteous. Everything from scheduling, to billing, to of course the service itself is great. I must also mention that Dr Singleton is a person of great character and he has a big heart. Did I say he truly cares about his patients? He really does. Here is an example - when I first came to Dr Singleton 8 years ago, I was in the US as a visitor, no dental insurance, no much money to pay the expensive dental bills. I had a dental emergency and my friend who was Dr Singletons patient for years, took me to his office. Having learned about my tough financial situation, Dr Singleton did my filling for free. I will never forget how he helped me out during the tough times. Of course, when times got better, I became his patient and will never go to another dentist, ever. Dr Singleton is the best!!!

My family has been seeing Dr. Singleton since about 1993 or 1994. Obviously we like him :-) He is by far, the best dentist I have ever visited. He is up on all of the latest dental technology to make the "visit to the dentist" as pleasurable as possible for his patients. He now has a new laser technology, which I am sorry to say I was not able to experience the last time I went in with a broken tooth because apparently it can only be used for certain procedures, and mine was not one of them - I needed a crown. However, he used the latest crown-making equipment there is, which made this last crown installation the best I have ever had. Dr. Singletons staff is also the "BEST" - professional, experienced, friendly, kind - I could go on and on. Thanks to Dr. Singleton and his staff for all the years of great dentistry and service we have received, and will continue to receive, and I highly recommend Dr. Singleton to anyone who is in need of any kind of dental work.
