NO STAR FOR THIS DENTIST. Dr. Salam is a money-craze dentist who does not comply with the tax laws. He gives discounts to people if they pay up-front, but does not put the patients on the system because he doesnt wanna pay the tax. His discounts are cheaper than his taxes. This is illegal and a professional clinic should not be run this way. Not to mention, his attitude with my dad, cousins, and I were extremely horrible. He treats us like poor people and acts all arrogant and egocentric. Regardless of speaking the same language as him, he doesnt explain things clearly to us. When I asked him to send me a letter bill at home, he go all tensed up and treated us so poorly because he wanted to cheat the taxes. Later, he didnt even do the service on me because his motto was that if you dont have the money right now, you dont get to fix your teeth. You suffer! Also, he makes fun of your teeth condition right in your face and laughs. If I had good teeth, I wouldnt even have to come to the dentist. So, as a dentist, its not right to laugh at a patients condition. When he was actually working on my teeth, he wouldnt tell me what hes doing and kept me in a zone of anticipated horror. He is very intimidating, illegal, and too full of himself for nothing! When we tried to discuss things thoroughly with him, he completely disregarded what we had to say, interrupted us before we finished speaking, and continued the same rude things he had to say. I thought it was nice to have a doctor of the same nationality as mine, but I was wrong. This was the worst dentist experience I had. I never got service from them ever again, and I strongly dont recommend him to anyone, whatsoever.

There is a huge language barrier, its very difficult to understand what the dentist is saying and its important for patient and dentist to have communication. He doesnt walk you through what he is doing when hes working inside your mouth which is intimidating and he gave off this "youre an idiot Im smarter than you" vibe. I had to go back numerous times to have my filling redone because it kept falling out, I couldnt get floss between my teeth cause he didnt leave any space, and I was under a lot of pain. Then it was explained to me that some of this was my fault because I didnt communicate effectively what was going on. I had no idea what was being asked of me half the time I brought my friend with me on several occasions to help me translate and he couldnt even understand what was going on. So Ive had to take off work a handful of times and Im still in pain now Im gum is bleeding and there is an odor around the tooth he worked on and when I brought it to his attention he told me that has nothing to do with he filling and to get a second opinion in six months. Nobody will touch the tooth cause he worked on it and the dentist even said I might need a root canal well why did he even work on it in the first place? He should have outsourced me to a specialist. Also he talks down to his female staff. He just has this attitude and is intimidating. If you speak the language then Im sure you will have a better experience but I cant express enough how much anxiety and headaches Ive had over this dentist.

Dr. Salam and Dr. Bibi are respectful dentists and very well known in the community. He was a teacher at U of D school of dentistry. My family and I are his patients and had very good dental works done. A nice clinic with great environment. The dental assistants are happy bunches who greet you the most beautiful smile. The best part of it, he would spend good amount of time treating the patient and in case of urgency he would stay long hours just for caring the patient! He would call you the following day just to find how his patients are doing! It is rather an irony that few reviewers gave him 1 star! The rest gave him 5-stars and there are none in between! It makes you wonder what these 1-star reviewers had in mind! I know for sure some of them want there dental treatment done free of charge which is unheard of in USA! Go and try another dentist and you would see. I had my sons abscess pain relieved at a cost of $800! at a different dentist. I am utterly disgusted to see some of these 1-star reviewers are using google to make these great dentist pair look bad just because they were not happy with the cost of dental treatment! Some of them have shown reasons that is just laughable! Dr. Salam and Dr. Bibi, we support you. Thank you.

Dr. Salam is an excellent doctor. He is well experienced, and i highly trust his well being work. He has worked on me on a multiple amount of times And i am very comfortable. The staff at the clinic have everything nicely organized, and are very welcoming to all patients. The office is always clean and welcoming. i would definitely recommend considering Happy smile family dental as your primary general dentist!!!! prices are also amazing and unbeatable, Dr. salam is very friendly and helpful towards his patients and outside community.

My experience at this dental place was very pain and not professional at all. I walk in there with a smile on my face. Came out with a broken tooth and so much pain in my mouth. And the sad part is the dentist blame me that I broke my tooth. Like I went in there with perfect teeth now I gotta deal with this broken tooth. Thank you for your very unprofessional dental care you have giving me. And I will pass the word out not to visit this "Happy Smile Family Dental" unless you wont your teeth messed up.

Dr. salam and Dr. BiBi are wonderful Dentist. They are nice and cool and place is clean and stuff members are very nice and friendly. My 8 and 9 years old niece and nephew love them too! Strongly recommend for everyone!!! :)

LOVE this dentist office, dentists and employees!!!!!!!!!! Everyone is soooo nice and caring. Also, they ate very very thorough when cleaning. I highly recommend this dentist office!! Hope this help!!

This dentist is very rude and have too much attitude, he blames his patients for the mistakes he makes. Instead of fixing your teeth he will ruin it more. Would not recommend anyone to go there.

Dr. Salams behavior is unprofessional, RUDE, condescending and overall very unpleasant. Little to no respect towards patients comfort and concerns. Long waiting time, even with appointments.
