They killed my dad. On May 9, 2016, we took my dad to Beaumont, for fluids and a sore throat. My dad passed away on May 24, 2016. My dad was basically forced to have a ct-scan, which he didnt want or need. We were told a stroke had to be ruled out, because my dad had periods of slurred speech. We all explained to the medical staff that my dad was taking a strong pain medication, due to a fracture in his back, and it would sometimes cause his speech to slur. My dad did not have a stroke. He was perfectly fine. They wouldnt listen. Insisted on the ct-scan. My dad was afraid to lay flat, because of the fracture in his back. So, he was given an overdose of narcotics and sedatives. My dad spent about 10 days in the ICU, where he was basically comatose and semi-comatose for most of that time. When he did begin to come out of it, he was only able to stay awake for short periods of time, and then would go back into a deep sleep for many, many hours. This was coupled with countless episodes of heart/lung failure. THE BEST PART IS - The idiot who ordered these medications, introduced himself as "The Attending". I later learned that he isnt even a doctor. . . hes a PA. (Dr. Clark) My dad went days without eating. The nutritionist came in and said she would have Ensure and Jello w/ protein, brought in for my dad. Two days later, still no Ensure or Jello. We had to go out and buy our own. My dad continued to weaken. Although he fought as hard as anyone could fight, he never recovered. If you value your life and that of your loved ones, go somewhere else.

My family has had nothing but good luck here. Wonderfully helpful doctors, nurses, and everyone. They have repeatedly gone above and beyond for myself and my family. The only downside is that most of the doctors seem to stay only a few years, and then we have to change to new ones. All the same, theyve all been wonderful, and even with semi-constant changes in doctors, Ive not yet had anything but a smooth transition.

Have been on the phone for about 20 minutes just to make an appointment.. the recording states that they are going through a change and there might be a long wait time. Twenty minutes is unacceptable! Also, the last time I had an appointment I waited two hours just to get immunizations for my internship. There was a lack of communication and the staff did not know that was the only thing I needed.

Just because I havent been seen there in a while. Because, I dont get sick. I call try to get in for a appt. Told me I am a new patients. It will be six weeks or months to get in. My blood pressure really high. My knee is in constantly in pain. ER tell me go to your doctor. Well I cant get in. I have try three times now to get a walk in...refuse. last week. Monday, now today Thursday.

Ive been trying to get a new patient appointment for almost 2 months now! Every time I have called the office I have waited over 20 minutes to talk to anyone on the phone. They are transitioning to a Beaumont office but cant take the number of new patients they are accepting. Get it together!!! I will be finding a different doctors office, one that has time for their patients!

Front desk staff answering the phone is highly rude. After I asked a simple question I received major attitude from the employee on the phone like I was supposed to know the answer. If there is a sign by the road saying you offer school physicals and someone calls to inquire, dont be a b****.

They are absolutely the worst doctors office for filling out important paper work. They cost me a weeks pay cause they couldnt take care of my paperwork and almost my job... I will NEVER see a doctor in this office again.. Dr Adediran is who I had a awful time dealing with!!!
