I brang my son in to see a doctor on Sunday. The pediatricians office was closed and during the weekend he became miserable with sinus issues, a fever, and horrible cough. I brang him in and the doctor they had checked his nose, ears, and throat. Told me it was allergies and sinuses and he was going to be fine. Sent in a prescription for claritin. Well my son became worse and I was able to get him into his pediatricians office on Tuesday. The doctor then proceeded to check his breathing, nose, and ears. My son had pneumonia and on too of that an ear infection! The urgent care never even did an xray on his chest. How could a simple ear infection be missed? Now my son is on a nebulizer and a steroid medication for his lungs. Wasted our time even trying this place! Dont waste yours.

My son was seen on Tuesday, October 25th, 2016. The dr who seen him said he had a viral infection and sent us home with cherry Tussin, a zpack, and Flonase. He has gotten progressively worse since then. I took him to his primary today and he now has pneumonia. His primary said you never should give a child with asthma a cough suppressant because it will turn into pneumonia. As well as child should never get that med to start with, with that being an adult medicine. Also his primary said he should never have gotten the zpack with him being dehydrated because most all children throw this medicine up. I am highly upset because I feel that had he gotten the right meds in the first place he would be almost all better and not completely worse! Do not take your loved ones here!

I went there on12/13/16 after a fall on the ice the staff was rude could tell they just wanted to get me out they took exrays told me I had a bruised ribs sent me home with Motrin the next day the ambulance had to take me to the hospital for which I stayed for 10 days ended up having 5 broken ribs and 2 that had to have surgery on and as of today 1/4/17 I still havent gotten my results I called today and was told they dont have time to speak with me . This place is terrible

Love my primary Dr, who is there during the day Dr. Weartherby she is really nice. She spends individual time with each patient, she listens she understands her patients. I would recommend her to anyone !!!!! She is concerned about her patients health not like most Drs Ive had in the past who seem to only want to bill your insurance for things you dont need. Shes honest and gives you the best treatment plans. Her staff is very nice as well .

Just called to see if they were open. Its 5:03pm. The staff said they close at 6pm, two sentences later it went up to 5:30. When I said I lived around the corner the phone was passed to a guy who said they dont know if they have a doctor on staff and may not be able to see me because the doctor has been losing money all day by not seeing patients. I agree, lets turn patients away a hour before close to generate revenue.

My son was misdiagnosed and they gave him medication that he wasnt suppose to have being a infant. I was also told he had no ear infection but he clearly did, the other hospital i took him to couldnt understand how they missed that. Horrible!

If you have an issue, call your insurance carrier. Tell them, you want provider credentialing to investigate. I just had an incident and I work for a carrier. Sent my child home because they didnt have time or staff.

Love the doctors there daytime is a regular doctors office, only been to urgent care once which is after the doctor office is closed. Dr. Weathersby is excellent!!! Great staff as well!!!

The doctor was nice and the urgent care I went to refused any cough syrup with codeine. I was up all night coughing and sore throat he treated me nice and the employees were very nice
