Awful service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I took my sick cat there on 2/23/15. She was 14. We treated her with a conservative approach because of her age. When it became clear in the next couple weeks she wasnt getting better and needed to be put to sleep I called and got the information. They told me I could do an individual cremation or a group cremation where the ashes I would get back wouldnt be only hers, but with other animals as well. I was fine with that, I figured she was with other furry friends this way. I made the appt and took her in for euthanasia on 3/20 at 5pm. Her normal vet wasnt working then so someone else performed the procedure. I dont know who she was, if she was a vet, or what her name was. She was nice, but Im still perplexed as to who she was as I dont see her picture on their website. I got a card in the mail, with a pawprint and my cats name. They spelled her name incorrectly. Her name was "poonjab, not punjab. I called today to get her ashes and was told I dont get ANY!!!! I told the woman on the phone what I was told and she apologized for the miscommunication. So, for the cat I had for 14 years, my memento from the vet is a paw-print with a misspelled name and no ashes for the urn I bought for her!!!! I am livid and upset at their customer service and lack of empathy for such a mistake in communication! I am new to that area and had initially planned to transfer my two dogs care there as well while I was researching vets in the area. This place was a total fail!!! I will continue to drive my dogs back to their original vet than trust this clinic with them, as well as my new cat.

I took my puppy here after she was hit by a car and she wasnt using one of her front legs. We were seen first thing in the morning without an appointment and given excellent care. I really appreciated how understanding and patient they were with us. It was a traumatic experience for me as a new puppy-mom but thanks to Farmington Vet we are all feeling much better!

Have taken our animals here for over 4 years and have always been very happy with their service, even when we lost one of our dogs, they went above and beyond to try to save him. We always get the feeling that both vets work there because they really care about the animals, not just to make a paycheck. Would highly recommend them.

We found the clinic to be clean in appearance and affordable. The staff was friendly, helpful and appeared to be caring. They were very good with our pets and provided quality services. We will not use them for emergency services. We continue to use them as the primary care-givers for our cats for over 4 years, now.

Dr. Kris and Dr. Lorenz have always been very helpful and accompanying. I have taken my dogs here for years. Reasonably priced too. Dr. Lorenz was very compassionate and comforting and gentle when We had to have my oldest buddy Taz put down. Love these guys❤️❤️
