I was less than pleased with the service I received at Bradford Park Vet Hospital. I arrived to my appointment on time and was told to sit in the waiting area with my cat. After sitting there for 45 minutes after my appointment time and with 3 people who arrived there after me already taking their pets in to their appintments, I approached the reception desk again. I told them how long I had been sitting there. The receptionist then told me that my vet had been called in to an emergency and she would check on how much longer it would be before they could get me in. I sat back down and she continued with her work and never checked on this or got back to me with an answer. So I continued sitting there waiting. After longer than a full hour after my scheduled time, they finally called me back and I was able to see my vet. I am disappointed that this vet clinic has at least 6 vets and they werent able to squeeze me in elsewhere, or at the very least, let me know that my vet was running behind. Also, the treatment they gave for my cat ended up not working and he was still having symptoms. I called in to ask about this and was told they would have my vet call me to discuss this further. Several days later, and I have yet to hear back from anyone. I dont know much about the quality of these veterinarians. But I do know that they treat their customers very poorly.

Ive only seen one vet at Bradford Park, but that one is excellent. Ive been taking my dogs there for at least 2 years and love them. My vet is professional, intelligent, able to communicate effectively with dog owners and is not afraid to get dirty. I feel fortunate to have this vet as he/she is very intelligent and could probably work at any top veterinary clinic in the country. One of my dogs has two life-threatening illness. This vet is calm and confident in prescribing medications as well as suggesting surgeries and treatments. I would recommend this veterinary hospital to anybody that has an animal with a high risk illness as well as anybody just wanting their animals vaccinated. Ive check and their vaccinations are priced a bit lower than I was paying at my previous vet, who by the way, recommended Bradford Park for my dogs illness.

Bradford park deserves more than a five star rating because they have consistently gone far above and beyond any of the "5" star rated clinics I have used in the past. The facilities are immaculate and very roomy, the staff has always been great! My dogs love visiting with them. Its not your typical visit to the smelly stinky vets office. I do pay more for services but I feel I get twice my moneys worth from them. My only disappointment is Dr. Haywood leaving, she has been wonderful and I wish her the best.

Dr. Emerson is an amazing vet. I am a first time puppy owner and he was very patient and kind in helping every step of the way. He answered all my questions with patience and kindness. He would get down on the floor with my little guy which helped him (my dog) feel more comfortable in the setting. Since hes had so many good experiences with Dr. Emerson, he doesnt fear going. Now that weve moved I hope I can find someone just as loving and knowledgeable.

Second attempt (1st here) at relieving Suri of the skin allergy that has bothered her since we adopted her. The previous clinic in Republic told us to give her Benadryl, and charged us 90.00 dollars. Bradford did charge more, but more importantly has solved Suris issues.

Dr. Shelley performed surgery on our dog. The entire staff was so pleasant and helpful through the entire process. We go to Grant Avenue (the sister vet) for our regular needs but we will probably transfer to Bradford after such an amazing experience.
