Horrible customer service. Sent card for comprehensive appointment reminder and then they told us when we went that it wasnt until the next week. Why werent we told that when making the appointment? No longer supplying the generic Caprofen and the prescription is for a random amount of 40 days instead of 60 or 90. A bottle used to cost $57 and now it is double? We have had nothing but issues since Dr. Powell left. We have been overcharged multiple times and had to go back and get that resolved at least three times. It is hard to get an appointment in less you call way in advance. We are constantly being asked to do dental cleanings so more money can be made. I have a feeling a lot of customers have left and will leave when their plan is up. We have been a customer for 10+ years with multiple pets. I loved the monthly plan to spread out costs, but I am strongly considering taking my 4 pets to a new vet when their plans are up. I feel like we are being scammed and the only thing Banfield cares about is the money.

I have never had an issue with them. Going here for 2 years now. If I have a problem or question I ask and they explain or ask another employee if they arent sure. They are always nice. Waiting for appointments happens but they are not a big vet place (they only have 4 exam rooms and just got a 3rd vet on the team) So waiting will happen sometimes. I have only had it happen once where I waited a really long time for an appointment, but was only maybe 15 minute before I got into a room.

My kitten had worms so I was calling around vets in springfield, and this seemed to be the most reasonable price wise. I walked in and there were a couple children super excited about her presence. Its a clean place and I was in and out within 45 minutes. They were kind and didnt laugh at my questions. They even called me the next day to make sure she was doing well. Very helpful!

Have had insurance on my pets for over 5 years, and it seems like they have changed all of a sudden, they dont call to confirm appointments, staff is rude and unprofessional. Long waits are always a given, and it seems that they are more interested now in your money than the actual health of your pet. very disappointed.

This is located inside of PetSmart I never have had to take my dog here because I live a ways away but enjoy taking my children here to watch the dogs being groomed they have many windows where you can watch the dogs

My cat was in respiratory distress, they saw him right away. The doctor was very kind, and they took time to explain everything well and go over payment options. This is now my pets PC.

Never again. Extremely unprofessional and incredibly rude. If I could give it no stars I would. If you want a good vet, use Grant Avenue pet hospital. They are way better.
