My boyfriend and I have two cats that are well taken care of at Hastings Vet Clinic. Every time I go there I am accepted for my appointment quickly and the vets know how to calm my cats that get nervous from all of the big dogs. The vets are patient and respectful to me and my cats. My eldest cat Loki had an eye problem and they took him in quickly and solved the problem right away. He was also scared because of the noise from the dogs and the fact that his eye hurt but the doctor was very calm and patient with Loki. I am very happy and will continue to go back.

The Hastings Veterinary Clinic is awesome. The staff is helpful and Dr. Bahr is unbelievable. We had taken our dogs there for years, then moved so found a vet closer. Unfortunately, when we REALLY needed a vet because our 13 year old toy poodle had a stroke and was suffering, our vet referred us to someone else to put her down....I called Hastings Veterinary Clinic and they let ME choose the time. The staff was compassionate and Dr.Bahr gave us time to be with her and encouraging words as she slipped off to sleep. There is NO BETTER Vet than he!!

Very friendly and professional staff. Dr. Brown was thorough in asking questions about my dogs history, as we had not been there before. They make sure you understand all your options if your pet needs a special procedure, they dont try to pressure you into doing things. Reasonable prices.

I have been to a few vets. This vet has my vote. Theyre very patient. they explain, and if your pet is sick you can feel it in their heart that they care.. Dog and cat care is expensive and they try to keep prices affordable and help with application of meds.

This is a great clinic! We live an hour away and always drive to Hastings to see Dr. Filkins. He takes great care of our dogs and we couldn’t ask for better service or more knowledgeable people.
