This is generally a great clinic -- Ive gone here for years and have always found the providers to be excellent. However, theyve just changed their customer service from a more individualized approach to dumping callers into one phone tree that has three options: medical records, health providers and everyone else. I am typing this after 15 minutes on hold and still havent spoken to a human being (no option to dial 0 for an operator).

I always get great care when I am here. As a matter a fact my primary doc was at Park Nicollet in Eagan and went to Allina twice for urgent care and was so pleased with the care I received, I switched clinics and sent my records to Allina.

My sons appointment was at 2:30 then at 3 they say doctor is running a little behind(30minsLate)I am mad..now 3:10 and still waiting and it is not busy here at all. Come on I have a sick 3 year old.

Office management and scheduling are poor, I always have to wait for my appointment. Ive received an apology note in the mail, but the customer continues to be poor. Provider experience is good.

Well, the time is now 2:06p.m. My son had an appointment at 1:40. We got his at 1:20 just to be on the safe side. We were told the doctor would be into see us in 10 mins...... Its now 2:08!

Terrible service. Long waits, unhelpful staff. I recently switched to this clinic after moving to the area and Ive had nothing but issues. Even a simple refill request was a headache.

Staff wasnt helpful at all when I had questions about healthcare etc. The man taking calls that day had an extremely patronizing tone and bad attitude. Ick! Never going here.
