Goldenglambam Vue

This place is not worth a star. The front desk is unprofessional. I have came here for a tb testing once and they said to come back in two days to check the spot. I came back in two days and the nurse told me I waited too long to come back. I even wrote it down the date to return. Luckily I have a sil that is a nurse who confirmed I didnt have tb. I told them I need to be seen and I need a letter to confirm. I kept calling and I had to catch the doctor there when he was off lunch break just so I can tell him what went wrong for the nurses to correct it. Also just this morning. My mom who has been coming to this clinic for over a decade now had a appointment with the doctor. She booked it this past Monday. We showed up today and the lady in the front desk said that my mom cant be seen because they maxed out on the ucare patients that they could see in the month of july. I mean I get it but its a waste of time if we werent notified in advance. My mom is a diabetic she even fasted the night before she came in this morning. She took her meds that should be taken with food. What I mean to say is dont want this to happen to anyone else. Its not the first time this has happened to my mom either. She is here at this clinic because she is loyal. I am disappointed and this is a unprofessional place. Overall I dont recommend this place to anyone unless his front desk is trained better.

Do you know how annoying it is just too know their office hours? I had to look at 4 different website just to find their stupid hours. If you guys are say "Why didnt you just call them?" Well its too bad, they dont even tell you their office hours. It takes them forever to fax paper works, and lying to people saying they did. I had to drive and walk inside to get my parents paper work. After an hour later. These people need to work on their business skills. Clearly they had nothing to do, inside the place because it was empty, one of the girls at the front desk was drawing on her paper.

this place does not even deserve one star. I have called so many times and faxed so many requests over for medical records, etc and am always being told that KIMBERLY is out of the office for the day or not working that day, etc. It has been months and I have still not received anything, even though KIMBERLY says she will get it done that day, etc. You guys need some more reliable, professional workers who actually get the job done. How is this place still even open???
