Dont bring your children here. I brought my daughter to be seen here because she had a high fever. The doctor spent a few minutes with her, did a strep test that was negative and said she probably had a virus and sent us home. Her temperature spiked when we got home so my husband and I took her to the Urgency Room. We got right in, and within half an hour they determined she had pneumonia in both of her lungs and we ended up at Childrens Hospital with her on an IV for the remainder of the night. I called Central Pediatrics because I didnt think I should be responsible for the bill since they so horribly missed the fact that my daughter had SEVERE pneumonia. After calling for weeks and not getting my calls returned I finally got a call back and they said they werent responsible because they thought I had received good treatment and that the pneumonia probably developed in the couple of hours between her visit there and her visit at the Urgency Room. They took NO responsibility for their MASSIVE oversight that could have left my daughter dead. My daughter was SEVERELY ill and had I taken their advice she could have died. AWFUL place. Whats worse is their horrible customer service after the fact and their denial of any responsibility. We will NEVER go back. Dont waste your time.

Brought our daughter in and was told that she had "a cold and that a virus like this takes about a week to go away." This would had been acceptable but the doctor did not even examine her before giving her a diagnosis. I asked about her symptoms and she said just Tylenol for fever would be adequate. She never had a fever and that was not a symptom! "What about her chest congestion, runny nose, stuffy head, sandpaper cough and a fear of developing pneumonia? What should I give her to quell those problems? Should she at least utilize breathing treatments?" I felt like my precious child had been reduced to an overpriced copay and a strain on the staffs time. Upon leaving I found that the several families that came in after our family had all been seen before our daughter which lent an explanation to the lengthy wait time. In the end, we paid $60.00 to wait a total of 80 minutes just to be told that we shouldnt have brought her in. Dont waste your time or your money; find a reputable Pediatrician and establish a relationship - even if its across town.

Please dont go here, the clinic rips u with bills by putting Office visit charges for even a routine annual preventive care visit. And those office visits r not covered by insurance plans now a days. So if you go for an annual preventive care visit and the doctor discusses about the kids previous visits and current medication the kid uses, we should all shut our mouths and say if i say something i will be poured with bills. So dont open your mouth when the doctor talks to you during your preventive care visit, as they will look for opportunities to bill more and more from the customers.

We love Central Pediatrics! Our two children have always received wonderful care here. Weve seen many of the doctors, who all have been very caring, knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Huberty is our main pediatrician and she always takes the time to listen to our concerns and address our questions. Id highly recommend Central Pediatrics to anyone looking for excellent medical care for their little ones.

I had to switch my family to a different clinic because of an insurance change and I cant believe how much I miss everyone at Central Peds! Both my kids saw Dr. Khory from birth and he was amazing (4 years and 1-1/2 years old now). I wish more than anything we could keep using this clinic. They genuinely care about kids and their health. I would recommend this clinic to anyone!!!

Recently I took my daughter there and Dr. Strong was in such a rush, she didnt even talk properly. After that my daughter got reaction from that medicine, I called doctor, she never responded back, nurse called and said bring her back, they just rip you with big bills. Poor customer service.

Very poor customer service. I came in with my son for evaluation for possible fracture of his thumb, no empathy, nothing. Really? In this community of competitive healthcare businesses, I cant fathom you dont train your staff to be courteous to your patients. Never coming back!

Weve brought our 2 children here since they were babies, now 14 and 16. Dr. Khoury is our favorite doctor for his kindness and thorough care. We also appreciate Dr. Strong. Our wait times have been average and manageable; professional and efficient staff.
