I had appointment reserved with Dr. Motz. After checking in with the front desk and filling out paperwork, the receptionist told me I could have a seat. After fifteen minutes of waiting to be called back, the receptionist called me back up to the desk. She informed me that because I was five minutes late for my appointment that Dr. Motz asked to have my appointment cancelled and that she was going to lunch but that I could come back in one hour after she was done with her lunch. I informed the receptionist I will not be rescheduling and I informed her that I didnt realize I was five minutes late and that I didnt understand why they let me sit there for 15 minutes waiting before they informed me that they were going to cancel my appointment.

Tried to schedule a physical 3 times. They failed to schedule enough time. I still havent had one. Also, they failed to diagnose swelling and joint pain. Ran 1 set of tests that were inconclusive and left it at that. No other tests. Nothing. Very poor care!

This clinic has some of the best Doctors ever Tera Col, Catherine Berry, and Dr. Magnussen a wonderful team to service you. Also the new remodel looks great front desk staff are very helpful and the pharmacy staff are wonderful as well.
