currently pg filled out paperwork jan 2017 and they told me 40 days will receive answer. today is april still no answer......!!! been calling them once a week for past 3 weeks didnt want to BUG them so lady gives me a 1800# this morning which i knew she could look up in her computer which before i hung up asked did i need id # and of coarse,"NO". well called again due to the fact it asked for an id # and she said," oh im sry your still pending." wtf. i hate vburg medicade. SLOW. you call and get no info if they answer. cant go up there because i work 6am-4 and i work close to the house which is in the middle of no where so i would not make it. there backed up.......maybe they should hire more ppl or get ppl in the office that actually does their job and wants to help ppl....fed up waiting for a letter in the mail to see if im approved or not. meanwhile im paying out the ass to have insurance which i cant afford....but due to.....had to have it or get pentalized. better off not working sit on my phat butt and recieve foodstamps and some FREE INSURANCE....just saying. pretty pissed this morning

they never answer the phone it constantly rings. it doesnt matter where you are calling from it rings constantly there is no way to leave a message. theres no voicemail set up to tell you if they are open for business or closed. this is a government agency and very very unprofessional

They never answer the phone no matter how many times you call for a government business they are really bad with customer service and they are really rude that dont seem to care about the people they are supposed to be helping

They NEVER answer the phone!!! Ive called and called and no response and my call is pretty important!
