Im actually surprised by the negative reviews on this page. I have been a patient of Dr. Rings , one of the dermatologist at this practice, for nearly 20 years. Yes, a few months may seem like a long time to get into a doctor, but Ive had poor doctors over the years and a few months is well worth the wait to me to get into a good doctor. I can tell you that Dr. ring has always spent time with me going over any questions I have had and he has taken the time to look closely into any concerns I might have. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and has also taking the time to reach out to other doctors I see to make sure a procedure that we are discussing does not interfere with any other health issue I might have. Ive actually been extremely impressed with his care as a doctor and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a great dermatologist. In fact I do recommend him to my family and close friends. I cannot speak on behalf of the other doctors, but I will say their staff has always been well-trained and exceptionally friendly as far as I found. Not really sure why someone felt like they needed to dress up to go to this office. I normally go right after the gym and Im a hot mess. I dont care and they have never seemed to care either. The staff has also been very accommodating as far as trying to fit me in at the last minute when I have had something odd healthwise happening.

Doctors are fantastic at this facility. The office staff, however, is VERY IMPOLITE and DISRESPECTFUL to their customers. We recently saw an ederly gentleman who was 4-5 minutes late to his appointment get verbally abused and publicly humiliated by the receptionist because, according to her, the doctor has a very tight schedule. She eventually made the old man reschedule his appointment. We thought that was very unnecessary, given the fact that the waiting room was empty, and we have been forced to wait up to 45 minutes to an hour for the doctor during our own appointments. On another occasion, a customer was scolded, because he didnt apparently know that he was supposed to bring his updated insurance card. Then, there was another occasion when we saw a young man in his teens (apparently) get publicly reprimanded because his parents forgot to send his copay with him to the appointment. We feel extremely lucky that weve only been observers for this type of treatment, I guess weve just learned how to tiptoe around the office staff. Its really unfortunate that people that are so unhappy with their own lives and personal predicaments have to take out their anger on their customers, the ones after all, that are really paying their hourly wage.

If you want to wait 4 months for an appointment for some acne cream this is the office for you. If your doctor referred you for any other reason then find an alternate provider. They had 4 months to tell me they couldnt find a referral on file and instead tell me 20 minutes beforehand that they wont see me without it. Even after calling my doctor who committed to sending it over the same day they wouldnt see me since it wouldnt arrive before my appointment. I dont understand why they dont operate like any other doctor. One way or another they would have been paid whether its out of pocket or from insurance. If I die from skin cancer Ill make sure to send you a thank you card.

Dr. Doward is wonderful, but the staff there is terrible and unprofessional. They do not return voicemails and if you do get a live person, they still send you to voicemail. Tried to get a prescription refilled after seeing Dr. Ring (not the best bedside manner) and it took 3 weeks and numerous calls for them to call in the WRONG prescription in which I paid $50 for a useless medication which was their error. Ive left messages again, faxed a request for a someone to return my phone call etc. and still no response...this is week 5. I was a client for several years, but will not be going back nor referring them to anyone I know.

I should have known how I was going to get treated when I was setting up my appt. I suggest wearing nice clothes visiting this office. I went in in between some bbqing with family and they pretty much burshed me off. Then, Dr Poojah looked at scalp for less than 2 sec, no joke, probably less than 2 sec. determined its eczema, prescribes me $500 med. They are more on cosmetic side, absolutely does not care about suffering of their patients. I couldnt sleep for 3 days cause of itchy scalp. This doc does not care at all.

I have been super pleased with this office! I am being treated for adult acne issues, and they havent just stuck me on a ton of antibiotics hoping it helps. They have also given me tons of samples and available discount cards for needed meds so I have saved a fortune by their generosity. I always feel like they take plenty of time to see me and Ive had the best results since being treated there as opposed to other derms. :)

I had scheduled an appointment and 3:30, and the everything seemed fine. When I tried to check in for my appointment, I was told that i didnt have an appointment. The front desk people made little effort to figure out why. They were rude and unacceptable

My husband and I saw Dr. Blattel about a month ago. We were both very impressed with her and the entire staff. We liked her and the staff so much, we made our daughter an appointment, too.
