1 of the receptionist is nice and the nurse that took me in was also nice. The doctor is unhelpful. I came in because I needed to file paperwork for my job because my voice was gone and needed extra days to be off. I explain to her that I work at a call center and with my voice being gone talking for 10hrs would be horrible and the only option I have is to file the paperwork to have time off. She would not work with me. Couldnt figure out what was wrong with me, gave me prescription for antibiotics, and told me to be back to work. My voice is still gone for almost 2 weeks and as I suspected talking did make it worse. Antibiotics has not helped either. Will not be going back! Doctors are suppose to help not make things worse!

Dr. Kresta thinks the art of being a doctor is elimanating and or reducing your medications without considering your symptoms or if the meds are working. Horrible doctor. Plus how can you trust your health to a doctor walking around in pants that are six inches too long....if she is not smart enough to figure out how pants work (they should be short enough that you are not walking on them and they are not covering half your shoe) then she is not smart enough to be my doctor.

A doctor that made a mistake on paper work, refused to rectify the situation, talked to receptionist that was rude, nurses that were rude. Mercy Clinic on W kearney has some of the Rudest, non professional people i have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. i regret ever going to their establishment or encouraging my wife to go there. Obviously it wasnt always that bad but it is now.........

Although I like the Dr. It is hard to get a follow up appointment.The rest of the staff is not very personal .I had blood test and urine test .Its been a week .I called to see if I could talk to nurse or leave her a message got told no they will take message .If I hadnt been sick i would not have been so worried but i have been .I also have emailed them 5 days ago with no response

Dr. Krista is thorough,pleasant and doesnt wake your money or time. I referred a friend who couldnt get any help. Been to urgent care and the ER, admitted to the hospital for a week with no answers. Doctor Krista sent him to a specialist who diagnosed and fixed him right up. If she doesnt have the answer she knows who does.

Dr. Kresta has actually listened to my wife and done her best to get to the bottom of her maladies. Our previous doctor diagnosed everything as the flu.
