I never thought I would be writing a negative review for this clinic, but here it goes... Ive been going to this clinic for the past four years, and was extremely satisfied with the service and care I was receiving up until a a couple months ago. In January I had to schedule my annual eye appointment with Dr. Heyen because the Optometrist I typically see, Dr. Koch, wasnt available on the day I could make it in. Dr. Heyen told me there was a "drastic change" to one of my eyes and I had to get new glasses because my current pairs would not be sufficient. I was shocked to hear this because I hadnt been having any vision issues or headaches. When I received my new glasses they were AWFUL. The optician had ordered the wrong lenses and the prescription seemed way too strong to me. I brought up these concerns and Dr. Heyen dismissed me and told me my concerns had no merit. In a rather cruel tone, he told me there was hardly a change to my vision, so I cant say there is something wrong with the prescription. WHAT?! This is the same "Doctor" who told me I had a "drastic change" in one of my eyes... To make matters even better, Dr. Heyen examined my current glasses and almost broke them! He handled them so roughly part of the frame started to separate from the glasses. I was livid beyond belief when I left the clinic, so I contacted customer service. A manager got in touch with me and apologized for what had happened. She said I could get a refund for the glasses should the new pair not be to my liking. Well... I just picked up the new pair yesterday and they are worse than the first pair. The experience picking them up was also less than desirable. On Tuesdays and Thursdays the Optical department has extended hours. I stopped in after work and you would have thought I was inconveniencing the Optician. She actually huffed when she saw me and then got out of her chair and ordered me to sit down. She grabbed my glasses and then asked if I had contacts in, which I did. I tried explaining to her I needed to take out the contacts so I could check the lenses, but she interrupted me and said I should just close my eyes and she would make adjustments. What..? The Optician put the glasses on me, and when I tried to move my hair so it wasnt affecting the fit by my ears she grabbed the glasses, made an adjustment, put them back on me, and then told me if I didnt like the adjustment I could come back some other time. She then told me to have a good night and walked away. I would just like to note that I do not live close to this clinic. The only reason I kept going was because I liked Dr. Koch, but after this experience I will not be returning. Customer Service wont put me in touch with a manager, so now Im out almost $400 on a pair of glasses I cant wear.

Im currently on hold waiting to setup an appt, it has been 15 minutes! What kind of service is this??? I cannot wait any longer... Most recently at my last appt, I waited an hour before being called in for my appt. There was no explanation and/or apology! Another 15 mins. passes as I wait inside for the practitioner. The practitioner hurried my appt. and it was an unsatisfactory visit. This practitioner referred me to another practitioner at Bandana when I had expressed having a current medical concern. I visited & we had lab work completed. I was told that I would be contacted once the lab results were done. I did not hear anything from the doctor or her nurse... few weeks later since I was present at the clinic for a visit in a specialty dept, I had stopped by the front desk expressing my current health concerns & if I could get my lab results that I have not received. The front desk said they would page the practitioners nurse. What was suppose to be 15-20min wait, ended up being 60mins! I was already displeased with the service re: lab results & the long wait time was very upsetting considering this was delaying my return to work! The nurse called me in to review the results, the practitioner was present & the situation escalated very quickly. The employees of Allina was very rude in suggesting I forgot what they told me, also informing me they sent me a letter. I told them they failed follow up as they had told me they would & have not received the letter. I was treated terribly, they pointed the finger at me & made it my fault. It was a horrible experience. I am sure everything was noted in my account according to their point of view. Since the incident Ive been treated differently by my practioner of 15yrs. I finally received the letter! It was a standard letter properly expressing how Allina wants to achieve the best care, also that my questions & concerns were heard & answered. Allina should really re-look at their hiring process to make sure they are hiring the best ppl to represent Allina, evaluate their employees more frequently & include surveying patient satisfaction. Ive found a new provider & am currently looking for new specialty practitioner. I will have no reason to ever return to this crappy business again!

Omg well first off let me say I brought my daughter there for her newborn check Up n Doctor London was okay for the most part...so the clinic is really right down the street from my house so I decided to come back both for my postpartum check up and my daughter 2 month check up and it was aweful omg...well the two ladies who checked the both of us in were great but when we went to the back it was like we stepped into a clinic and we were no longer welcomed...I felt so Unwelcomed in that clinic omg made me feel like a animal...my doctor that I had basically didnt wanna help me Im telling her my symptoms and shes looking at me like Im speaking another language...like it was horrible then she comes back and says well next time you need to tell my nurse those things...well first off I scheduled online and I wrote everything in there n when the nurse was taking my vitals I also told her so I dont get how she didnt get the msg...her whole demeanor was that she hated every part of me thats how she made me feel...because at a point of time she cut me off and didnt wanna hear what I had to say Id be asking her a question n she looking like wont you die already wow... And Next was my daughters apt we get over there and everything went okay until it was time to give shots and when I say she jabbed the needle in my 2 month old leg she jabbed it she was a pregnant nurse and even declined to give her Tylenol in the clinic even though I requested it now my daughter has a fever and they said she couldnt take pain meds before or after a shot when I know thats a lie because the doctor does it all the time with my other two this is the worst clinic yes service is fast but I wonder why... Are the doctors really listening to the patients concerns or are they just tryna Rush them out the room to get done faster absolutely the worst clinic customer service I ever seen or witnessed
