Hated this place. We had three different appointments with them for our 1 year old daughter and each one was terrible. First time we made an appointment, I called the day before to confirm because I never got a reminder call. To my surprise, the receptionist said my appointment was made last month. They then admitted that they had someone new working the desk and she had made mistakes before. I asked if they normally send a reminder call and they said they did. I told them I never got a call and they apologized and then made a new appointment for me. Second time was the rescheduled appointment and again, we didnt get a reminder call. Annoyed but we were just focused on getting through with the appointment. First off, the nurse assigned to us didnt seem to know how to operate the infant scale. She first used the manual scale for some reason and fumbled with it for several minutes while our daughter got increasingly fussy like all infants do. When she all of a sudden decided to switch to the electronic infant scale, our daughter was already kicking and crying. Not a good way to start the visit. She couldnt get an accurate reading on the scale so she switched back to the manual scale. At this time, our daughter wanted none of it so the nurse seemed to make a guess to her weight just to get it over. The actual visit from the PA was fine but the whole visit took 1.5 hours and we didnt have time to get her shots. This place was much slower than most medical clinics weve been to. Because we had to get going, the PA said he would make the orders for the shots and that we just needed to make an appointment. Third time, we scheduled a lab time to get shots. During our call, the receptionist said she didnt have anything in her records that our daughter needed short. Imagine our surprise. At this point, it was clear that there are some serious communication and operational issues here. My wife and I decided that this would be the last visit we would make here and just went through with making the appointment. But it gets "better"... The day before the appointment, our daughter had been throwing up so I called to get a doctors appointment instead. When I talked to the receptionist, she told me she didnt see any appointment made for my daughter for the shots. Again, there was no reminder call. At this point, I wish I could have just moved on to a new provider but it was important that our daughter see a doctor soon so we stuck with the appointment. The next day, upon arriving to the doctors office, we waited for an hour before we were seen by the doctor, an indication that our first slow visit wasnt a fluke. When the doctor finally came, he was only there for a couple of minutes, gave a diagnosis, and abruptly left. Overall, we hated coming here. Everyone except for the PA seemed to be either lacking medical professionalism or were plainly incompetent with the basics of running a medical clinic.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Front desk service is lazy and rude, location is less than ideal, and Dr. Baudler is the single worst doctor Ive ever had. I only met with him twice before changing care providers. Not once did he initiate eye contact. He prescribed the wrong medication, leaving me to do two trips to and from this place. His bed side manners are so poor, I just cannot believe how he is still seeing patients. I went through the hassle of switching care providers once again after visiting here just twice, so I highly recommend that you do some research and pick a doctor with good reviews...theyre definitely not all the same.

Dr. Shelia Flynn IS Awesome! She takes her time to talk with you, treats you like a person. I Never feel like I am being rushed out. I will Always request to see her! I was referred to her 9yrs ago, Now I refer her to Anyone asking/looking for a new Dr. The facility is easy to find, a lot of parking. Its not a New place, inside could use some redecorating. The reception desk & the medical assistants all seem pleasant. Ive only had One Bad experience and that was because I couldnt get in to Dr. Flynn, I saw (urgently) a different Dr.(same office)who had Terrible bedside manner and wasnt personable at all.

Came in to get a prescription for migraine meds from dr. Flynn. She disagrees with my renowned eye surgeon that my migraine aura lightshows combined with headaches are indeed migraines. She instead referred me to physical therapy. I made an effort to convince her that I was previously diagnosed and would she reconsider. N-O she billed me $183 for stubborn refusal. I wonder why I owe them anything. At least I didnt foolishly spend money on therapy. Makes her judgement suspect. Just awful, awful. Never go here again.

I needed to see a dermatologist. My insurance is such that I need to be referred by primary clinic, which is Multicare. They referred me to somebody out of network. Got a giant bill, 1000$. I did not even know I was supposed to check if its in network. The referrals person was at her last day of work and did not give a flying fish, as we found out later. When called their business office, they did not care to help. Cold, heartless place. Think twice before choosing it as your primary clinic.

Oh my goodness. People looking for health care: PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE read this if you are looking for care, not to kill yourself. The service by multicare associates (in one word) is "TERRIBLE". They lied to me multiple times. They sent the wrong order to the lab, and they were not admitting that. It took me 3 days, waiting on 2-hrs holds, discussing with different people, to make them understand that they are wrong. These people do not understand that they are playing with peoples lives.

Cheaters and liers. Both me and my wife went there to have a physical. we both asked them many times do what ever is covered and dont do in which we have to pay. We told them this statement 100 times. we both still got individual bills for some stuff even thou we told them if it cost us then dont do it. They assured as so many times yes they will not do anything which is not covered 100%. This is cheating and lieing. We recommend everyone avoid this place at all cost.

My rating is primarily due to my experience with the MD I saw (Dr. Flynn) and her staff. Professional, courteous and thorough. My wait time from time that appointment was scheduled to when I was escorted to exam room was about 15 minutes, but I assume its because they take the time needed for each patient. The front staff/reception were fine, like any other medical clinic. The clinic is easy to find, in a good location, plenty of parking.

Customer service receives a one star. Good luck getting your INR appropriately managed because there is only one INR nurse for the whole area and they may leave at 2pm on any given day. You will wait on hold for 22 minutes while they figure out what to do with you.
