I have been going to this clinic and seeing my doctor for 25+ years. Ive read other bad reviews and was shocked to see 1☆ and negative comments. Maybe it depends on the doctor you see; but mine is great! Dr. David Fuglestad is very personable as well as knowledgeable. He always treats me as a person and never talks down to me the way other doctors do. He listens to your concerns and will refer you to a specialist (even if he doesnt think its necessary ) if that is your wish. When youre in pain he understands and has the ability of prescribing you meds without making you feel like a drug seeker. But he also doesnt let you abuse meds and doesnt pass out prescriptions like candy. He takes interest in you as a WHOLE; which is important too. Dr. Fuglestad is concerned about your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health (if youre a spiritual person) Hes almost ALWAYS diagnosed me correctly the first time Ive seen him and treated me quickly and correctly. I enjoy the rest of the staff here as well. Their online system Mycharts is great as well. Ive always received same day responses from his Nurse Beth; even though it says it can take up to 3 days for replies on prescriptions, questions etc. I always receive my test results much quicker on Mycharts than I do when waiting for a phone call as well. I not only recommend this clinic, but Ive been driving to this Brooklyn Park location from Elk River for 12 years (ever since I moved ) even though there is one located in Elk River. The staff in the Brooklyn Park Clinic are far more friendly and knowledgeable than Elk River. (So I give them a 5☆ ! )

I would NOT recommend this clinic and hope no one will have to go through this as well. Went in for a test at 9am on the 12th. Results came in by 12am and posted on my chart on the 12th. I was infected and the doctor did not called or message me on mychart on what medication to take, treatments, or referrals to a specialist. I message the doctor 3 times on mychart regarding my results. I called the clinic four times, even when the doctor was in the office and two nurses have escalated my case, and the nurse wont let me talk to the doctor. I went in on the 12th at 9am and its the 14th at 4:35pm now. No answers about treatment for this bacteria infection for about three days. The doctor just kind of left me hanging with results that Im infected. I really hope that no one will have to go through this state of knowing that they are infected but not getting treated.

I dont usually post reviews but I do not like this clinic. I have seen doctors here before and they are alright. The last time I went to the doctor here, I had health symptoms that were worrying me and brought my concerns to the doctor. The doctor only spent a couple of minutes talking with me and then agreed to run one more test. When I got my test results back, they were still worrying me, so I tried to contact the doctor through MyChart (their online service that they offer). A nurse answered my email/message and the message didnt even make sense. It said it was normal to have that result for a test if my blood sugar was high. My blood sugar wasnt high. I guess I should have replied back to see if she had really meant what she said but I felt like it was a lost cause, since no one listened to me here. I wish I would have gone somewhere else. Waste of time.

I have been going to this clinic since it was called NW Family Physicians and located in Brooklyn Center. They have always been very personable and treated me right. I have excellent care and excellent referrals from them when I needed specialty care.

Front desk staff have an attitude and are not helpful or sympathetic. Very difficult to deal with. Changed clinics because of that. Who needs an attitude when you are not feeling well?
