I brought my sons here and was told by Gina that she would contact our insurance to find out what was covered . Gina then advised us what was covered and the dentist performed the services relying on what she said were covered services under our plan. To my surprise I receive a bill from Dr Delaney 1 month later for $260! I called Gina and she told me she would investigate and call back. I heard nothing. A month later, another bill for $260. Called the office, spoke with Gina, she said it was definitely covered and she would contact the insurance and call me back. Again, no return phone call. Received a third bill the next month, called Gina, and this time she told me that the insurance covered the services, but they only cover smaller amounts than what Dr. Delaney charges and that I am responsible for the 260. !! You can imagine my frustration after being told at least 4 times by Gina that the services were covered and the only reason the dentist performed the services was because Gina assured us they were covered services. Not to memtion the total failure on Ginas part of a simple return phone call.  Here she is many months later changing her story and telling me very rudely that it wasnt her fault, and I need to pay the bill. When I questioned her as to why it took this long to get to the bottom of it and that I would have never had the services done if it wasnt for the info she gave us she became very aggressive and defensive.She then began yelling at me and actually hung up on me !! I was shocked as Ive never been treated this way by anyone from a professional position like this. She obviously has some serious anger issues. In my opinion she has no business dealing with the public. 5 minutes later she did call back and apologize for treating me so rudely and attacking me, but the damage was already done. To my surprise 2 weeks later I received a letter in the mail telling me to find dental services elsewhere and due to our "differences" they would no longer be treating my children. WOW!!! I was shocked!  Come to find out after talking to other families in Wentzville this is not the first time Gina has given wrong benefit information in order to charge clients for uncovered services. Seems that she is good at scamming unsuspecting patients by giving false information and then turning around and charging for the services. Do yourself and your wallet a favor and avoid Dr. Delaneys office, Gina especially,  and find a reputable dentist elsewhere.

Dr. Bremer is a wonderful dentist with an amazing staff. I have been a patient of Dr. Bremers for several years and have never had anything but positive experiences in his office with my family. Dr. Bremer is very gentle with my children and has allowed us to stop seeing a pediatric dentist because he and his staff make them feel so comfortable. I knew we were going to be life long patients when the orthodontist asked us to have 2 teeth pulled on my oldest (who is a very nervous child and the reason my original dentist told us we needed to take our children to a pediatric dentist) and he talked to her about everything he was doing while keeping her calm with talk about school and sports till his procedure was complete. I love how Christine always takes the time at the end of our visits to set up our next visit so I can get my 3 kids done at the same time which helps this busy momma out. The dentist can be a frightening place for many people but my family loves getting to go see Dr. Bremer and Christine every 6 months so thank you for being incredible at your job we sure appreciate it.

After going to the same dentist since I was a kid, I was pretty nervous about finding a new one closer to home. I tried 2 other practices in the Wentzville area and found myself unsatisfied and stuck with some ridiculous bills. Then I decided to go to Dr. Bremer at Wentzville Family Dentists and knew immediately I had found my lifelong dentist. The office was clean, the wait times were minimal, and the staff was SO friendly and knowledgeable. Not to mention they are great with kids. My girls love going to visit Dr. Bremer!! From cosmetic work to routine cleanings to preventative care, I have never been disappointed. I highly recommend this practice.

I visited Wentzville Family Dentistry a couple of weeks ago, and could not have had a more pleasant experience! The staff in the entire office made me feel comfortable immediately, and the office itself is updated and welcoming! I had the pleasure of meeting both Dr. Delaney and Dr. Bremer during my visit, and they both took the time to speak with me and put my concerns at ease. I will absolutely be making this office my permanent family dentist!
