Amazing place, they never hve overcharged us, and extended our dogs life to 13 years. I remember our dogs last day. I woke up, and he was laying pretty still, had very shallow breaths, I could tell he was in pain. We contacted TLC, about 1 1/2 before they opened. About 30 minutes before they opened, we got in the car and drove down to Hastings (we live in Grand Island) When we got there, we got checked on right away by Tammy. She said that we were going to have to put him down. I remember his last moments. The TLC team was very supportive and comforted us. For our dog, Milo, he had 3 overnight stays, the euthanasia, and the cremation combined, costed 100-150 dollars. I highly recommend TLC for people who love their pets and want to have them as long as possible. Thank you TLC for your service to Milo.

They dont take checks is what they told me. (As im looking at a bounced check fee notice put up nearby) They dont take payments. (From newcomers? Or just being biased?) They dont do half and half payments. (What?) (Mind you, this is what the front-desk lady told me. Do they just "pick and choose?") The staff was a mix of nice yet standoffish. The vet however did a good job. They could at least cleaned my dog up a bit when doing stitchwork. They never told me to come back to remove the staples or stitches. Only reason Im not rating lower is because they had a reasonable price, provided antibiotics and also addressed issues that werent asked of them. Plus they managed to get it done the same day...which is a bonus.

Whenever I try to call for an appointment, the lines are all busy or it transfers me to an answering service where they just tell you to try to call later. One time I had an emergency with my dog and couldnt get through so I had to call another clinic in town. Also, sometimes the staff at TLC seem like they are too busy to care about your pet or answer your questions. If you ask a lot of questions they can be rude. On the rare occasions that I have actually gotten an appointment there, the waiting room has been completely full and chaotic, and the staff are not very professional acting as you can hear them shouting to each other from room to room.

I have to say this is the most unusual veterinary office I have ever been to before however; they definitely know what they are doing there and do not overcharge like the Animal Clinic. I have to say I am very pleased with the services we have received there :-) At the prices the Animal Clinic was charging me I could take 3 of my pets in at the TLC vet clinic.

Very professional team. The quantity of clients they have filtering in, is phenomenal. This place will need a large facility very soon to cover the amount of clients. Weve never had a bad experience at this place. If you have to drive a few hours away to go to a Veterinarian clinic such as TLC, you wont go wrong, ever.

They were good with neutering and spading my dog and cat. Never went back due to never being able to get ahold of them. When I did the receptionist gave excuse that they were busy and cant answer phones and treat animals at the same time. One of the Vets were kinda rude as well. They were hard to get into

I have been very satisfied with the care given to all 3 of my dogs. TLC doesnt over charge for services. I have always been able to have my dogs seen for emergencies. They are a busy office but try to give the best care to as many animals as possible. Highly recommended!

These guys are great with the animals and care for them like they are their own. They are busy all the time and are hard to get a phone call through to them once in awhile. They offer 24 hour care for emergencies.
