Dr. Hartsock has cared for my dog since he was a puppy & sadly, we recently had to send him off to his next adventure. I want to say that Dr. Hartsock & April, his tech, are phenomenal. They loved my boy, (almost as much as I did), they were always very gentle & kind with him. Dr. Hartsock saved me money several times & only ran tests he thought were absolutely necessary. Also, the "outdated" appearance of the office has nothing to do with the care the animals are given while they are there. I recommend Browns Mills Animal Clinic to everyone with pets.

The Vet is cheap and rude person. He cares more about money than the animals he treats. He was disrespectful and very very money oriented. If you care about your animal do not take your friend there. The clinic hours are horrible. On line it said 8-4. I have called at 11:55 pm and they were closing at 12. Open only 4 hours. i was still seen at 12: 10 and I was charged $40 emergency visit! I was overcharged for my pets medication as well. I have checked the priced at Petco and I paid 300% more than the average price.BEWARE!

I would not recommend Browns Mills Animal Clinic to anyone. They are not in the business for the pets, they are clearly only in it for the money. The Vet is a money grubbing shyster, in my opinion. I took my puppy in for his initial check up and shots. He told me this breed is susceptible to diabetes, and he should do a full work up. I went to another Vet. and was told there was nothing wrong with the puppy. No I would not recommend this Vet to anyone. If you go to them bring lots of money!

Time would be much better spent addressing any issues customers have with the owner of the business. Thats the mature way. Writing harsh anonymous words on the internet seems cowardly and adolescent. After reading numerous reviews of many businesses, it seems some people just have an ax to grind, and they dont really care who they abuse in the process.

Hours are Monday through Wednesday 8 to 4 and Friday through Saturday 9 to 3. Service was nice, they are a little behind the times, though. They dont use computer and have paper files.

$40.00 and nothing. Went there to have dog looked at and the doctor had no idea, referred me to animal hospital, took all of 5 minutes but still took his money. What a waste of time.

Very nice man. Was available on Sat. Sometimes paying a little more is worth not having to travel further (with th price of gas and valuable time).
