Clark Dickinson and B.J. McNeill began caring for our dogs and cats shortly after they opened their doors to patients. I miss Dr. Dickinson, but am thankful that he and Dr. McNeill always shared the same medical philosophy. To this day Dr. McNeill is honest (and empathetic) with her patients owners (even when the news might not be what they want to hear), because her concern has always been, first and foremost, for the animals entrusted to her care. One of the things I have always admired most about these wonderful vets over the years has been their total dedication to and concern and respect for the animals themselves. I will be forever grateful for the fact that they never once tried to pressure me into spending thousands of dollars on treatments for such things as advanced cancer and/or kidney failure when the result would accomplishment nothing more than to deny a devoted pet an end to his pain. Thank you, Dr. McNeill, for having spent the last 35 years healing our pets, keeping them well, and advocating for them.

If you are in the area, and are looking for quality, dedicated care for your animals - you dont need to look around. Give them a call and set up an appointment and I guarantee you that you will not be disappointed. The staff is friendly, compassionate, and above all else; educated. They sincerely care about their clientele and it shows. Dr. McNeill never hesitates to go the extra mile and fully explain to you anything involving your pet. From obscure questions to routine examinations, she ensures that you understand what to expect, and how to deal with any repercussions should they surface. I have been a pet owner, trainer, and lover for 30 years. In that time, I have been to many vets. Some awful, some good, and some great. The Dickinson-McNeill Vet. Clinic transcends great into exceptional. They are easily the best vet. I have ever taken my pets to.

Well My Rottweiler was under their care when he had Knee Surgery. My Golden was under their care after his heart attack at 3 months old. Now 9 years have passed he has seizures now and under their care. Also now on thyroid medication. He keeps moving on thanks to Doc. So you know they do understand illness of your best friends. The Dogs will let you know they are cared for here. When they get out of the car they run to the door and ready to get with Doc. Doesnt sound like they ever left the office unhappy. Really are neat people. And they are not only a business. They like and actually care about all their patients.

Everything from getting an appointment asap, the friendliness of Dr. McNeill and her son, to the comfortable office and care, was exactly what we were looking for.
