I dont think that I would take a cockroach to your hosp after the care my beloved shortie did not get from you ms graham. Back in July when I first took her to you, her blood work showed her kidneys starting with a infection. One that should of been top of the list given the fact she was a diabetic. But you didnt treat her for that, instead you had us take her off of her insulin, only to put her back on. First bad call. Had I known then that her kidneys showed a infection I would have had her treated properly. But I didnt. When she got worse in October, it was clear she was SEVERELY DEHYDRATED. You ms graham did NOT treat our cat with any blood work, or start on fluids, instead you sent us home with potassium powder because in your words it helped your office cat perk up. No medical documents to back up that procedure. In fact it lead to Shorties life being taken away. She had and died from you not doing your job. A severe kidney infection that could if been treated. I will never forgive you for your lack if knowledge and practice you showed us. Ms. Graham was way off and now refuses to admit her failure towards our loss and broken hearts that cant be healed. My regret is trusting you ms. Graham. Sincerely Linda velez

Super nice people but not looking for a friend. 1st time I went there I had to take a stool sample to have my puppy check for parasites . They called me about 2 days later and let me know everything came back fine. Then maybe an hour later they called me and said sorry actually he did come-back positive no big-deal normally So for the 2nd appointment we had asked for something To help with car sickness and were told all about it and told it Would-be a front but when we got there the girl didnt know anything about it and I didnt feel like waiting any longer I had already been there about an hour . I had my dog on frontline flea and tick at the time But they advised me they thought a different brand that they had was better . Guess whos dog now has flees? My other dog however who I do not take there and Followed my own instinct with does not have any issues. Think I am going to find a different that. Like I said super nice people but I have plenty of friends I was looking for a veterinarian and I treat my dogs like family so if this was happening to a family member they certainly would find a different medical facility or physician

I have been taking both of my dogs to see Dr. Graham and Dr. Rankin for 14 years. They are great with the girls and any time there is an emergency I never have a problem getting one of them seen right away. They let me know of the cost of everything before any treatments so there is no sticker shock at the end of the visit. Most recently my doxie had back issues (again) and they recommended the laser therapy treatment, my doxie has never felt better. After six treatments, it was like a miracle because she bouncing around like a puppy again! My older mix has anxieties, they have it in her file not to wear white coats around her because for some who knows why reason the white coats stress her out. They really care about my girls feelings and provide a high level care from the moment we walk in the door.

I took my dog to this vet clinic when my regular vet was closed. They not only saw him right away, but they correctly diagnosed a problem that my other vet hadnt noticed. They told me how much it was going to cost before they did anything, which I thought was great, so I wasnt surprised by a big bill at the end of the visit. I think their prices are about the same as my other vet, but the doctor was much more thorough and explained everything to me and my wife. The receptionist was very helpful when I called, also. I am happy that I found them- they seem to really care a lot. (this is from a clients email to our office- preferred to remain anonymous)

They lost my pets original records/vaccinations from my previous vet and then were completely unapologetic, dismissive and just a hair shy of rude about it. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told that it didnt matter who I spoke to the answer would be the same. This attitude was symptomatic of all my experiences there and a major contributing factor to why I went somewhere else...and motivated me to leave reviews where I could.

Dr. Rankin correctly diagonosed and removed a lump that was a highly agressive cancer on my cat Luckys ribcage exterior. Due to her quick surgical treatment the cancer did not spread although we were unsure for 3-6 months, as she clearly stated before the procedure because it was fibersarcoma. That was 4-5 years ago and my cat is now 17.5 years of age and looking great.
