Right next to JB MDL, I was stationed there and took my chihuahua there for 4 years, they are a very friendly staff. They take good quality care of the animal, you and their facility. They call you for reminders, medicine pick up, and the vet will call you once lab results come in to discuss the health of your pet. Great office hours open to 7pm on certain days and military discount. They give pet estimations for procedures and no pressure to buy certain products, they give great recommendations. They do get busy, do call ahead for apts.

I Love this clinic. Dr. Bollard and staff always have time to explain things and let you know what to expect from any procedure your pet will need. The prices are very reasonable. The place is spotless. My 2 pups have been going there since Ive had them. The other vet in Columbus I used to go to always kept me and my pet waiting for everything, I once waited 45 minutes for a bill.

They were so kind to see my cat with an emergency even though I am not a client of theirs. Dr. Bollard and her staff were all wonderful and efficient. It was a great experience and I have already passed their information along to my friends. A super nice surprise was the bill, well below what I expected. I would highly recommend using their services.

Very nice staff. Nice clean clinic, its a Vet so what more do you expect. Will continue to take my babies there had a nice warm and fuzzy with the staff. Will definately recommend

Dr. Bollard is one of the most caring vets I have ever been too. She always follows up with a phone call making sure our pups are doing ok after their visit!

I dont think Bollard is strong on her feet yet. Seems very distracted and doesnt seem to give the customer what they want.
