Terrible first experience.. My wife and I went in as a new patients, I go in first to take check up x-rays. The dentist never actually comes into the room, so not sure if he saw my x-rays. The hygienist is friendly enough, a little rough, but fine. My wife goes in, they give her check up x-rays, the doctor comes in for her and tells her that she has over 10 cavities, he then tells her she needs braces and she needs to come back and start a whitening program. The hygienist cleans her teeth etc. Leaving we had a bad feeling about the visit, so we found another dentist through our medical provider. We requested the x-rays so that we could bring them to the new dentist however, they wouldnt give them to us. we called roughly 7x each time "its in the mail" or "oh i thought they sent it already, Ill drop it in the mail today" 3 weeks of this went by and finally we said well be in today to pick them up. We showed up at the dentists office for the x-rays and they gave us a 8.5"x11" standard size piece of paper with (5) 2"x3" pictures of the x-rays on it. It was completely useless. We went to the new dentist and she couldnt believe the B.S. we were told. My wife did not have 10 cavities. Ill never go back to this place and never recommended to anyone.

this place is very professional and has a warm and welcome feeling the dentist is very confident in his work very nice and personable and the staff is really nice to. The staff and and dentist doesnt treat you like your a second rate citizen and are only there to make a paycheck I highly recommend Dental Arts of Mt. Laurel NJ

Second appointment! So far waiting one hr 25 minutes to get a filling replaced that they did on my first visit, it only lasted for one day. Im furious!!! The ladies at the desk are the nastiest, most unhelpful woman in a professional setting that Ive ever spoken to.hate this establishment! !! Im so afraid to continue....

I have been there quite a number of times! The lady at the reception desk is so nice. I dont know what the other people are talking about. The staff was very professional. The dentist was nice and helped me with my dental problem. I have been to many dentist and this dental establishment is by far one of the best!!
