I have been going to this dentist group for roughly a year. While originally they seemed just okay, I constantly kept having issues with them which came to a head today. First things first, this practice charges on average 30% to 40% more for dental services than do other comparable dentists with the same experience and expertise. On several occasions I was left waiting in the dental chair for the dentist for 30 minutes or more. All interactions with the dentist seemed hurried and were lacking any bedside manner. I put up with this service in the hope that it was not a pattern. Apparently it is. Additionally the office staff is less than stellar. They lack basic customer service skills and seemed bothered when you ask questions. I was willing to look past all of this, like I said. But after getting sent a an invoice for not canceling my appointment within 24 hours, I became a tad worried I was being taken advantage of. Mind you I canceled it the previous day, but not within the "24 hours", so they felt the need to nickle and dime me for $25.00. Look I understand the importance of notifying if someone needs to cancel, but they take it one step further and feel that as a customer you are "not allowed" cancel even if you gave appropriate notice, because they end up holding it against you. When I asked they told me about all the times I had "canceled or rescheduled my appointments", which last I checked, your are allowed to do. Its not like I did not call or did not show up for these appointments. I called and canceled in advance or rescheduled them. I could go on, and on. I tried to reason with them, and they threatened to call the police. This should indicate the type of people they are. They act as if they are better than everyone else, when at best they are lucky to be in my book as just an average dental practice, with awful customer service. I have to admit I am glad they charged me the $25.00, I will pay it, and dump them which I did. It woke me up to the fact of what type of people they are and the lengths they will go to. They obviously are hurting for cash if they go to these extremes for other sources of revenue. My advice, STAY AWAY. There are hundreds of other dental offices out there that will provide a far better service than they do at Staffordshire Dental. Save your money and headaches, their service and expertise is lacking for what they charge and for how they treat their customers.

My sentiments mirror those of Mr Bentz. The business office at Staffordshire Dental needs to learn a lesson in customer service. The scare tactics they employed when I recently had an issue with my insurance changing but them filing claims with my old company instead were reminiscent of loan sharks shaking people down. Businesses like this seem to forget that WE are the customers who chose to give OUR hard earned money to them for services rendered. There are countless other dentist that perform the identical if not better service for similar if not better prices. I will be employing one of these companies from now on. Its funny how companies can be so persistent in trying to get money from you but when things change and they owe you money they are less than forthcoming with the funds. Once the insurance issue was resolved they werent nearly as motivated to give me a refund as they were to send me letters and phone calls when they thought I owed them. This is in addition to the fact that in the year and a half that I was a patient I had two fillings done that since cracked or were damaged which never happened when I was with my prior dentist in Philly. I only chose this office because when I moved they were closer to me... big mistake. My advice dont just go to the closest place that looks nice, find a good family dentist, not one that is run like a money hungry corporation.

I have been going to Dr. DiSipio for years and am very, very happy with this group. The office staff is great and very accommodating. I recently started dental implants with the periodontist. I used to be petrified of the dentist but have been treated so wonderfully by everyone at this practice, that it is no longer an issue. I have never had any issues with any of my treatments. I highly recommend them.

Professional and courtesy. Have always taken us in SAME DAY with emergencies. Treated me great when I was going through chemotherapy and I had dental pain. They checked me out and got me in and out quickly.

Dr. Desipio is wonderful and caring to our whole family. He treats my 93 year old grandmother and puts her at ease, when she cant use Novocaine because of an allergy. Dr. Desipio is the best dentist EVER!
