Let me start off by saying I went years without dental insurance. I was in and out of the emergency room monthly from constant infections and severe pain for years. Every dentist I went to prior to Park Avenue Dental were cruel, they would make remarks like "Why bother? Just get dentures!" or "This is your own fault, we cant do much!" I was in my early twenties. Every dentist I sought for care would turn me away or do minimal work on me-keeping me in massive pain. I needed over six root canals, many fillings and two teeth pulled. Almost every tooth in my mouth needed some attention. The issue was, when working in my mouth-the cold water from the drill would light up the rest of my teeth and send them all in massive pain. Dr. Vade began working with me and was patient and kind. He stopped many times to keep me comfortable, he went as far as to place cotton in parts of my mouth so the cold water wouldnt aggravate the remaining teeth. When the hygienist took my initial x-rays and they all went over the results with me. I began crying and was overwhelmed, I felt hopeless. They all comforted me and stayed optimistic and positive and assured me to keep coming and do a little work each time and eventually Id be set. Dr. Sharma began working on my teeth after a short while because her availability is more open. She was and remains to be a very positive, patient, comforting and gentle soul who is nothing but attentive. She completely transformed my teeth, smile and appearance. I cried tears of joy when I looked in the mirror and my four front teeth were corrected. Im proud to report she is currently finishing my last tooth and after a years time Dr. Sharmar, Dr. Vade and the entire staff changed my life and healed my mouth. Im forever grateful to them and their warm, gentle dedication and highly recommend them to anyone-especially those who have severe tooth issues and feel hopeless-they can and will help you!

I scheduled my first appointment earlier this year to get my teeth cleaned. And it hurt! Ive been getting cleanings twice a year since Ive had teeth and it never hurt this bad. My gums were extremely swollen and bleeding. After my cleaning I went into the office to see Diane. Boy does she have an attitude problem! I tried to be cordial with her and kill her with respect and kindness even though she clearly was not giving me any.Actually even the front desk receptionist has an attitude problem! I shrugged it off because the doctor seemed very nice and competent enough to replace my filling. I get there for my appointment and I have a different doctor! I said whatever lets just get this done. The whole time Im in pain. I tell him every 5 min that it HURTS! fast forward 1 week later... I cannot chew on that tooth! Every time I put pressure on that tooth I get a sharp pain. I tell Diane and once again I get a full blown attitude! I set up another appointment so they can fix this. They take an x ray and say my tooth is fractured and that is why Im having the pain. then they said "no maybe the filling isnt high enough, maybe theres a gap". Im not sure they knew what the problem was. But all I know is that the xray I took before shows no fracture in my tooth. It had to have been the doctor that fractured my tooth! They refilled it and Im still having the same problem. I have not contacted them again nor will I ever. I am now seeing another doctor that will hopefully fix the damage this doctor has done to my tooth. I should have listened to the warning signs, but I shrugged them off. So I must warn you all, please see them at your own risk!!

My wife and I have been their patients for about 2 years now. Both the doctors and the staff are very friendly and competent. We have had a number of procedures including teeth/gum cleaning, cavity filling, whitening a discolored tooth, rebuilding a broken tooth and even getting an implant. I have always received good advice and extremely competent and professional service. At one point we assumed that I might need 2 implants but the doctors rightly advised against unnecessary expense for one of them and said that it was not necessary and the existing tooth could be repaired to function perfectly. And it does. I have also had to reschedule my appointments at times and I had pre-indicated times that work best for me. I found them very accommodating for both these things as they tried to move my appointments around when I requested. Yes the waiting times can sometimes be a little long but personally I dont find that a big problem since I have myself found that the doctor will often spend a lot of time on a patient and also provide detailed answers for any questions. I would strongly recommend them.

I have been a patient for at least 10 years. I have seen both Dr Sharma and Dr Vaid. They are awesome. Their staff are professional and very pleasant. Over the years, I have had a few dental emergencies and they fit me in right away. I dont recall ever having a long wait time even with an emergency. Due to a bad prior experience with another dentist, I used to be very fearful of having a tooth pulled without being sedated. Dr Vaid pulled a few teeth while I was awake and the tooth was out before I knew it. He is the best! They have always taken the time to explain my options and recommended work that was within my budget. I highly recommend them.

I absolutely love this place. Before coming here I was terrified with going to the dentist and hadnt been in about 2 years. My first few experiences I was nervous but with each visit I have gotten much more relaxed . Dr. Sharma and her staff are very pleasant and patient they eased my anxiety and I have been to her office at least 5 times within a year. I had a cleaning by today by eddy and she did an amazing job I didnt feel a thing. The receptionist is great and even tbe lady who handles the insurance is awesome.I highly recommend this place.

Both Dentists here has attitude problem.Like other person said not so much caring.I have been here once to clean my teeth and I was disgusted to see they(his assistant i guess) both were talking without paying close attention to my teeth while leaning on me both sides.I think he wanted to showoff me since I was also an indian as he is.Its really big problem among these professional Indians.Not a good behavior or respect to their fellow Indians.too bad.I am not going again there.

horrible place they overcharge you more concerned about payment than taking care of the patient. they also say that you have problems after getting a second opinion which says nothing wrong. they tell me how wonderful my insurance is so that can charge it to make money when nothing wrong with you. be wary they will take you for a ride. and the owner when asked about billing practices says it is not her area when she owns the business.

What a professional practice and great dentists and staff. Been a patient for over 10 years and wouldnt dream of even looking at another practice. Glad that they now also accomodate pediatric denistry so great place to bring the entire family. The setting is serene, nice play area for the kids, and patients are always greeted in a friendly manner. Dental services, of course, are top-notch delievered in a warm, caring manner.
