Dr. Garofalos dental practice is above and beyond excellent. Ive been going to his office for many years now, and have always been met with exceptionally friendly, professional service by him, his assistants, and staff. The service they provide is unmatched in my fifty plus years of having my teeth cleaned and attended to. To show how personable he and his staff are. They have all been so very encouraging and interested in my travels and the research that I have been doing for a book I have recently written called, Nine Yanks and a Jerk, which is about one of the planes my father flew in WWII on one of his most dangerous missions. Upon each visit, Dr. G. and his staff have always asked how things are going and are so encouraging about it. They are always uplifting, and we all have many laughs each time. Its always a pleasure to visit his office and be served by him and his staff! Keep up the great work Dr. G, assistants, and staff!

I am writing this review just after leaving Dr. Garofalos office. I have gone to them for years and want to express thanks for the generosity and cooperation shown by all the staff and especially Dr. Garofalo. He is always friendly and willing to listen. He helped me recently by replacing a retainer that had broken. The replacement wasnt what I expected, but I agreed to try it out. I even received a text message from the Dr. asking me how the retainer was working for me. His office is very responsive and always willing to do what they can to make you happy. And Angel at the front desk really is an angel. His office is beautiful and they deliver respectful and personalized care. As a healthcare worker I appreciate this - especially because I am particular about my teeth. Thanks again.

Thank you Dr. Garafalo for helping reposition poorly positioned dentures made by a denture specialist. Dr. Garafalo was so positive and open to seeing why I was in so much discomfort and how much my speech was being altered. He worked through many visits to put the teeth in a proper position for me, never rushing, always taking all the time it required. He made many alternations to make me feel comfortable, always with my best interest at heart. The teeth look so much more natural now. Dr. Garafalo is so warm and sincere. He really loves what he does as well as his entire staff, too. They all could not have been more welcoming to me. Dr. Garafalo is the best.

I must review! I have worked for many offices, and most dentists "act" beautifully for the patients...and may or may not provide great dentistry. I must say Dr. Garofalo is not only a wonderful, dedicated, and excellent dentist... He is an outstanding employer! That is more than an outstanding credit to a practitioner. A dentist can pretend to be great to customers,....but a true testament is how he treats his staff AND his customers! Dr. Garofalo treats his staff and his customers like family. Dr. G. Is truly caring, honest, professional ,and talented! I am honored to be part of this great practice!

I visited Dr. Garofalos office when I had soreness in my jaw. He took the time to listen to me and ask questions about what might be causing the pain. He gave me multiple options for how we could go about fixing the problem and explained in detail what each option would entail. I appreciated that he was not pushy at all and I didnt feel like a number in his office. Every time I see Dr. G, I am taken on time for my appointment AND the office staff is very friendly and helpful. What more could you ask for in a dentist? I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great dentist!

We were looking for a new dentist and I have dental phobia. So I sent my husband as the litmus tester. He came back extremely positive and said I would like Dr. Garafola and his staff. I went and was immediately very comfortable. I didnt feel like I was in any kind of medical office. They were extremely nice, punctual (a pet peeve of mine) and thorough. Dr. Garafola was so nice, it was very refreshing to see. He was competent and felt that he truly cared about me. I will have no problem going back to see him in 6 months!! Highly recommend!!!!!

Dr. Garofalo is an excellent dentist! My family and I have been going to him for a number of years and I cannot say enough nice things about him. Not only is he very thorough, intelligent and professional but he also is personable, always on time, and takes the time to explain things. He is great with kids and adults alike. My kids have always come away from appointments with big smiles. He has always had a way of putting them at ease. Dr. Garofalos office staff is also courteous and attentive. I recommend Dr. Garofalo without reservation.

So Im not much for going to the Dentist, unless I absolutely have to. In fact I have been jumping around to different Dentists looking for one I can confide in. My wife started to use Dr Garofalo for my children & herself. She suggested I give him a try and thought I would like him. Well she was right (hopefully she doesnt see this review..........I hate admitting it when she is right!). Anyway, if you want a dentist that not only gives you an accurate and fair assessment of you dental health, but explains what and why, DR G is your guy!

I am super afraid of the dentist. I avoided going for 12 years. I would go to the dentist but something always turns.me off so i leave. I had the pleasure of stumbling across Dr. Garofalo because of an emergency. He saw me the same day and gave me a good reference to go get my tooth pulled. And he was able to get them to see me that same day too. After the pulling the doctor called me to make sure it went well. I felt completely at ease with him and look forward to our next appointment. Thank you dr. Garofalo!

I have been going to Dr. Garofalo for over 10 yrs and in my opinion he is the best dentist I have had. He is always professional and easy to talk to and he will explain whatever procedures he is requesting that you have done. He is continually taking courses to keep up to date on the latest procedures, and the dental business in general. His office is immaculate and his office staff are very nice and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist.

I have been going to dentists for over 50 years. Truthfully, Dr. Garafalo is the only one to which visits bring out minimal anxiety in me. He is honest, patient, friendly, compassionate and competent. The office staff, assistants and hygienists are the same. He genuinely cares about his patients, both during procedures and in the following days. Dr. G. is cognizant of dental costs and works carefully with insurance plans. My family and I highly recommend Dr. Garafalo!!

Dr Garofalo has been my dentist for over 10 years. I feel so fortunate to have found him. He is courteous, professional and always up to date on the most recent changes in the dental profession. I never wait when I go to see him and his staff is helpful and always follow through on any request I have. I broke a tooth and left a message with him last night. I had a text back 30 minutes later to come in first thing in the morning. It does not get better than that.
