I wish I can give Dr. Fares a negative. I went to her just to get a deep cleanser, she later tells me that I need a filling and after she did the filling she told me that I needed a root canal. Now let me say this, I havent had any discomfort or pain before I went to her. I went to her on November 14 and since then I have been feeling pain on the entire right side of my face. She told me if I feel any discomfort to contact her. I have been trying to reach her since then and I was told that I can only come in Monday or Wednesday between 11 and 2. I work so that is hard for me to take off. I have been having constant headaches since my filling. I havent been able to eat because of the pain. It is now 11/25 and I still have not been able to get my tooth problem solved. Now listen to this, I have a friend that sees her as well. When she went for her appt, Dr. Fares told her that she needed a filling and a root canal. And she said since then she hasnt been able to eat on that side of her mouth since the procedure. Also, the day of my appt there were others in there getting fillings as well. Is this how she stays in business, telling everyone that they needed a filling and root canal. I need to find a new dentist ASAP. because I am afraid to go back to her. Can someone please help me

Avoid this place. They took several hours after appointment was scheduled to call me into the dental chair. Once I was sitting in the chair it took another 30 minutes before I was seen by the dentist who spent two minutes doing a sloppy check up. During the whole ordeal the staff were very rude, and the place appeared to be poorly taken care of, aswell as full of outdated and dirty equipment. Every time I went back we dealt with long wait times and rude staff. And the dentist would always find new cavities doing four fillings. After the fillings started giving me severe pain and facial swelling, I went to my old professional dentist who explained that the fillings were horribly done and even hanging out of my teeth. It would also turn out that the pain was caused by several infections that I would need expensive root canals for, all in teeth that she had filled. Avoid this place at all costs, if i had the money i would sue for sure. Theres plenty of real, actually competent dentists to choose from.

Very horrible place equipped with worst dentists. I visited Livingston Mall Dental for periodontics, however, the specialist was not a true specialist, he did a very floppy job. However, they send the bill endlessly. I will sue the office officially soon.
