I am EXTREMELY disappointed with my experience with this office. While I am sure that the doctors are great and capable, my experience on the front end was so poor that I will not patronize this place. Several weeks ago, I called multiple times to schedule an appointment, only to speak to a rude phone person who told me she would not accommodate me until I have officially switched my insurance to their office. I did not appreciate her demeanor, but since I was referred to the office by a friend, I gladly made them by primary dentist. Several weeks later after the change with my insurance had taken effect, I called again to make an appointment. After 20 minutes of waiting on the phone, I was told that the first available appointment would not be for another six months!! Had the receptionist been open, communicative, and honest the first time I called, I would have never made them my dentist. Instead, she cattle herded me off of the phone so she didnt have to take time to explain this to me. I wont do business with a company that does business this way. Horrible!

Las personas son muy amables, el servicio es bueno. El Doctor me contesto muchas preguntas de lo que yo deseaba saber. Me senti conforme con sus respuestas. Quisiera regresar nuevamente para que complete lo que dejamos pendiente. Se que el presupuesto es conveniente para mi bolsillo. People are very friendly, the service is good . The Doctor answered a lot of questions i needed to know. I felt satisfied with their answers. I will return again to complete my pending treatment.

I would like to take this opportunity to share my excellent experience with Dr. Zaidi and his staff at Cosmetic Dental. Over the weekend I was suffering with a severe toothache. I immediately called Cosmetic Dental to see if there was anything they could do to stop the pain until I could get to the office on Monday. Without hesitation Dr. Zaidi met me at the office and was able to assess the problem and remedy the situation immediately. Unfortunately the tooth needed to be removed and Dr. Zaidi and his staff were amazing. I left the office (on a Sunday) feeling much better than when I had arrived. Dr. Zaidi and his staff called me later that week to check my progress and make sure I was no longer in any pain. I can not say enough great things about Cosmetic Dental. The caring and knowledgeable staff are always friendly and accommodating and have your best interest at heart. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a dentist.

I got bad experience. I had confirmed appointment for a specific doctor on 9/6/2013. On the appointed date, my teeth were examined by another doctor instead of the doctor for whom appointment was sought. This was done after a long wait time. After the evaluation by the examining doctor, I was told that the suggested procedure will be performed after getting prior authorization from my Insurance and I shall get a call from Dental Office as soon as the Authorization is received. I myself called the dental office on 10/2/13 to know the status of my case when to my utter dismay, I was informed that the Doctors are no longer accepting my insurance. To me it is unethical and unprofessional. At least I should have been called before and informed to arrange another dental doctor, what to say about my visit of 9/6/13, when nothing was done except discussion with me about the line of dental procedure.

I am giving Cosmetic Dental Assoc. in New Brunswick 5 stars, only because there isnt an option to give them more stars!! Dr. Zaidi and his staff are wonderful! I have been a patient with them for a little over ten years now and each office visit has been a pleasant experience. Yes, a pleasant experience at a dental office! You are immediately at ease when you walk in and are greeted with a huge friendly smile and hello from Dolores at the front desk. The rest of the staff and doctors are just as friendly and know exactly how to put you at ease. Dr. Zaidi will listen to any concerns you may have. He explains any dental care you may need, answers all of your questions, and helps you decide on the best dental procedure you may need. I am so glad I selected Cosmetic Dental Associates as my dentist when I moved to this area. I have no plans of changing that!

Im not the best dental patient - nervous, apprehensive and generally uneasy even when Im just making the appointment- but- I knew I made the right decision to come to Cosmetic Dental Associates and schedule a regular cleaning visit. Their hygienist, Leah, was terrific!! She was calm, efficient and GENTLE even with my very sensitive teeth. She took some pictures of several of my teeth to show me where some of the old fillings had broken. When Dr. Zaidi came in for the exam he explained why I was having some occasional sensitivity in those areas and should have them replaced. It was so easy to understand once I saw those photos and I scheduled an appointment for a few days later. I have already told a few of my friends who have been looking for a great dentist to come see Dr. Zaidi and Leah - they made it the easiest dental visit I ever had!

Our hygeinist was great, much better than the dentist that followed. The dentist (not sure of her name) rushed through telling me about the 5 fillings I needed, despite having an accent already hard to understand. It was a blur. I tried to ask questions but the replies were too fast and didnt help. Shocked that my wife and I had both left with recommendations for multiple drillings, we have since had a second opinion. My wife had 1 cavity, the only work I needed was to replace a sealant. Unethical. I strongly discourage anyone from going here, I rarely write reviews but to be told you need perfectly good teeth drilled through so their office can pick up insurance money is beyond bad business, it isnt fair to the general public. The one good thing I can say is that their secretary was quick in sending us our x-rays. Thank you.

it was good when his younger brother was still there. we got older zaidi after younger zaidi left and its terrible. the hygenist who was awesome is also no longer there. the last time my gums bled like crazy and they have NEVER done that before. after i left, my teeth were more sensitive (how did that even happen?) and painful than theyve ever been and its been an ongoing issue. ive even started using sensodyne. my filling just came out which prompted my coming to google pages to write a review. young zaidi was great and took a lot of time and care with us. he even remembered when i was getting married! his older brother... hes a nice guy. but were not going back for our teeths sake.

I had this dentist for the past 1.5 years and never once got a chance to see him or her. The first appointment I had I choose not to wait for the dentist so it was my fault. 8 months later they had me come in but I was told once I got there the dentist left and only the hygienist was available so I only got a cleaning. My last two appointments they changed or canceled on me because the dentist schedule changed and each time rescheduled me two to three months later despite it being their fault for changing the appointments. I highly recommend you go elsewhere. Also there office is a bit run down.
