We have recently switched to Cross Keys Animal Hospital, and I couldnt be happier with my decision! The entire staff is friendly and accommodating, the rooms are clean and odor-free, and the care for my dog was top notch! I brought in my 9 year old boxer, Reggie, who was suffering with respiratory issues. Doctor Wilson took her time with us, ran blood tests and X-rays, and then spent a lot of time showing us the films, answering our questions and discussing treatment options. She gave Reggie her full attention and never made us feel like we were holding her up from the many other patients to be seen that night. Unfortunately, a few weeks later we had to say goodbye to our Reggie, and Doctor Wislon guided him to Rainbow Bridge. She took her time, let us say our goodbyes and supported us through the whole process. I know we were holding up an exam room, but she gave us all of the time we needed to say goodbye. My family was so impressed with how Dr. Wilson treated Reggie in his final moments and we were all grateful to have her as his Vet. The rest of the staff was professional and sympathetic to our loss. They were able to take care of the paperwork in the exam room, so that we could leave quietly, when we said our last goodbye. Ive been going to Dr. Masso for 8 years and was always happy with her but.... since spring of 2016 my dog has not been well. Between a couple different vets at this place he was diagnosed with everything from lyme disease to thyroid. Because Dr. Masso was not always available I was forced to see other doctors. I finally had enough with the attitude from Dr. VanKooy and staff I decided to take my dog somewhere else. They were able to correctly diagnose him with kidney cancer. Unfortunately, because of the delay his cancer was so advanced we had to say goodbye to my 8 year old chocolate lab. Vet bills are high enough I recommend you chose another more competent place..

Dr. Jay is awesome, as is the rest of the staff. Hes one of the few vetsbive met will in to see exotic animals (in my case rats) and actually knows whatbhes doing. Some vets will see them and have little experience or understanding. Dr. Jay really seems to care about them ans has been incredibly helpful, and while my boys might not like going, I know theyre cared for. Also the prices are very reasonable compared to many vets.

Its a mixed bag! The front desk staff is super friendly and helpful. The veterinarians attitudes are all very different though. Some of the veterinarians there are really involved and friendly and some seem to do the absolute minimum (not really wanting to be bothered with questions or conversation at all).

VERY reasonably priced! You can tell all of the employees are animal lovers and re very helpful from the techs to the front desk people. The Drs are awesome and really love what they do. I would recommend them and have recommended them to others I have talked to. Top Notch Animal Hospital/Veterinarian!!

Have nothing bad to say! They helped me with my puppy and cat! I called 5 minutes before they closed to try and get a appointment for my cat who randomly started urinating blood. They made sure he came in almost around the time they opened. He is now healthy and playful again! Absolutely amazing!

Friendly staff (nurses, doctors, front desk, etc. My dog Bella had the best vet visit thus far. They took time to make her comfortable before examining her and it went great. Left there without her being labeled an aggressive dog.
