I was recommended to Armstrong by my neighbors, who love Dr. Stack. I have not taken my cats to see Dr. Stack, but we did see Dr. Charles when my cat was injured in a cat fight recently. He spent a lot of time with us and stayed around to answer any questions we had, unlike most vets who speed out of the room as soon as theyre done. He was gentle with my cat who was in a lot of pain. The next day, we had questions about her pain medications so we called the office, and he personally got on the phone to answer our questions and stayed on the line while we went and checked the cat over as he recommended. He went above and beyond what he had to do and this shows that he truly cares about my pet. Also, all of the vet techs we have seen have been very caring and gentle. In particular, the tech named Laura was sweet and kind. I highly recommend Armstrong!

Dr. Gallagher and the staff at Armstrong are absolutely amazing. Go there one time, and youll never go anywhere else. The professionalism, compassion and just-plain-friendliness are a constant every single time. Ive never experienced anything like it at any other vet. Dr. Gallagher explains everything in such detail and answers all of our questions - hes never rushed, even though I know hes extremely busy. And when he says hell call with results/news - he always (always) does. Hes called me hours after theyve closed on Saturday because hes still there working. Im SO glad our neighbors told us about him, and well never go anywhere else. Thank you, Dr. Gallagher and staff for all that you do. We absolutely love all of you :) - Ben and Angelina

Our dog is very afraid of the vet. She is the least afraid here of anywhere weve taken her. The staff are all kind and very understanding. We really do love this place and plan to be long term customers. The only thing weve been dissatisfied with was that our dog had an 8×8 patch shaved from her back that was unnecessary. Had they communicated that her fur was "too thick" before her procedure we could have had her groomed to have avoided her being disfigured for the next 6 months. In the scheme of things of things this is trivial but we just hoped to help other pet parents avoid the headache of being harassed by nosey neighbors and rendered unable to take their dogs in public without being pestered by everyone with whom you cross paths.

Just finished up our little kittys first vet visit, and I couldnt be happier with Armstrong Animal Clinic! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and put all of my concerns at ease. The Vet Dr. was very relaxed and helpful and discussed everything we need going forward to take care of him(and prevent things like fleas and worms). Cant forget the price too - I havent owned an animal in a long time, but the price was really reasonable! I was out of there with worm checks, physical exam, vaccinations, etc for under $100! Will definitely be returning throughout the long life of our new family member!

Theyre great. My kitty was missing for a few days and, when he returned, his tail was swollen and I was terrified. I requested an appt because he hates the carrier. They got me in that day, took great care of him, and advised me of the most cost-effective treatments. I elected to get him his boosters and definitely wasnt pushed to do anything at all. The wonderful ladies at the front desk also watch NextDoor and had said that theyd seen my post for my missing fat lard cat. <3 Highly recommend Dr. Kat, Sam, and everyone at the clinic, theyre absolutely amazing.

I brought in my 5yr old dramatic female Pit Bull for an emergency the first time Friday after reading the reviews and driving by a few times. I must say Dr. Kat and her staff are absolutely amazing. They were able to gently but firmly handle her effectively and were very understanding. Thanks to the meds, Gabi is feeling much better! Geaux Armstrong:)!

I cant say enough about this clinic. They are incredibly passionate about the care they provide and go above and beyond the call of duty. Dr. Jane Williston even delivered cat food to my house, for example. They have almost no turnover rate of their employees, which speaks volumes. Absolutely, the best veterinarian clinic in Charlotte.

The people on staff here are absolute gems and truly care about your pets health and well-being. Dr. Gallagher and Dr. Kat listen well, take time with patients, and are great at answering any questions you may have for them! They are truly skilled veterinarians and excellent surgeons to boot. A great team overall!
