I got a voucher from the Community Partnership for Pets for $25 to take my dog to All Saints to get spayed. When I dropped her off I asked if they would prescribe some light sedatives to keep her calm after the surgery since she was a 6 month old puppy with a lot of energy. The vet tech and secretary said that the vet could secure the wound with staples and acted like I was crazy for wanting meds, but assured me they would speak with the vet. An hour before I went to pick her up I called to find out if they were going to give me sedatives (if they werent I was going to call my regular vet) at which point they said they still needed to speak with the vet and they would have an answer when I picked her up. When I went to pick her up (7 hours after I first asked the question) I asked about the meds, and they STILL did not have answer from the vet. The vet seemed nice enough and said that it was a good idea since she was so young. They said I needed to return in about 10 days to remove the staples. 3 days after surgery I called to make an appointment to remove the staples. I was told to just call them the day I wanted to bring her in and they could squeeze her in. When I called on the 10th day they said they were too busy and that I should have called ahead of time. We could not get the staples removed until the next day. I am glad this is not my regular vet office.

Terribly inconsistent between phone operators and the doctor with whom I wouldnt trust looking after a pet rock, let alone my animals. I purchased a $9 voucher which included 3 year rabies shot and spaying from the Hendersonville Animal Shelter. When I called to make an appointment I was given one for Thursday September 15 at 10:30 AM. Upon calling to verify at 9AM I was told it was set for Tuesday, not Thursday despite the operator confirming it as Thursday the 15th several times ( recorded phone call ) so we scheduled another one for Friday the 16th at 4:45 PM. I was also told for the first and second calls that I could use the voucher one day for the rabies shot then schedule the surgery ( of which they were backed up by 3 weeks ) but upon arriving the Doctor and staff said that the Rabies shot and surgery needed to be done on the same day with the voucher, a practice that can KILL YOUR PET!!! Now I need to find a competent veterinary clinic that wont put my pets at risk and will uphold their word, although it seems a lot of doctors in Hendersonville are the same in holding no value to their word and lying at every turn in addition to not providing adequate care to their patients.

Dr. McKisson is the most compassionate, skilled veterinarian Ive ever encountered. I started seeing him when I had a 150 lb. Mastiff that many other vets insisted be muzzled to be seen, which made her extremely anxious. He just got on her level and made her comfortable. The care he gave her and our entire family during her sickness was above and beyond anything Id ever experienced. He always made himself available and never once came across as annoyed by my many, many, (did I mention many) calls and questions. He was there for us recently with another scare with our current pup in which he and his staff stayed after hours, and made multiple follow up calls. He easily couldve sent us to an animal hospital that wouldve charged a fortune and made my dog even more uncomfortable, but he had us bring her right in. All in all Id highly recommend All Saints Animal Hospital to anyone and everyone I could. They understand our pets are family, and treat them as they would their own.

I have to only rate my experience with All Saints in the middle. And it is not because of the doctor. Dr. McKisson was GREAT. And I know that is all I should judge a vet on, but I cant help but be turned off by the front desk staff. My conversations with them was the first impression (as it always is) and I was NOT impressed, but I thought, oh well... maybe the doctor will make them tolerable...or maybe they were having a bad day. And he almost did make up for them. He was great with my cat who had some issues on her initial visit and he was polite and helpful when I had a followup question. But every interaction - on the phone - in person AND even when the new vet I am going to be going to called over for records (and they got the same attitude) hasnt been good. No, I dont think they are having a bad day. Not sure what the problem is, but I am not going back to find out.

I took my Pets there very recently as a new client. I couldnt be more happier, Dr. Kevin and his staff are just super awesome. He took the initiative to get on the same level as my senior dog instead of making him get up on a table as previous vets have done. He was so gentle with rocky and even with my 12 week old kitten. He was efficient and to the point. He even diagnosed rocky with a heart murmur that I didnt know he had. He was able to answer all of my questions and was able to give me information how to keep him healthy. Rocky went in for some skin irritation and Dr Kevin gave a prescription and his skin is doing 10xs better with in the four days hes been on his meds and I couldnt be more thankful! My animals are my babies and i want the best for them and Dr Kevin and his staff are just the right people for that!

I called the vet on the emergency line after hours on a Saturday because my dog was ill. I told the vet my dogs symptoms and he told me to call first thing Monday and he would be sure to squeeze my dog in. I received very rude service by the woman at the front desk. She told me there was no openings for the next two days. I told her I spoke to the Vet and he told me he would make sure my dog was scene. She didnt politely say let me speak with the Vet she just told me there was no way I was going to be seen. Very Rude woman indeed. I recommend going to Haw Creek Animal Hospital in Asheville. They accepted our dog that day and did an amazing job. We thought we were going to have to put our dog down but just a couple of days later he seems like a new dog.

This was the first time bringing my dog to this vet -- I live a county away and have been going to a vet Im a little unhappy with for years now (namely because they dont seem to understand limited finances and are overenthusiastic on the sales pitch). My dog had an ongoing issue that I decided needed addressing, so I called a few minutes before close the day before to schedule an appointment. They got me in the next afternoon. The receptionist was kind and courteous, and the vet and his assistant were both reassuring, quick, and professional. Best of all, they didnt try to sell me a billion things. I was very happy with my visit and will be going to All Saints for any issues in the future. Their homey professionalism was greatly appreciated.
