I dont know what all of these bad reviews are all about. I have been with Physicians Immediate Care for almost 7 years now and they were ALWAYS amazing to my family and I. I was the first one to have my doctor there, I than brought my older son to them, when my husband left the USMC he also joined us and we are now also moving our youngest son here from his pediatrician who is always too busy to see him right away, even when he is sick. From the amazing help of the professional, caring, and kind Cindy upfront who has helped us for years, to the doctors and nurses that assist you in the back, we have always received great service and smiling faces! I went in two days ago for a walk in with a sick child who had the flu and we were seen within less than 10 minutes, and out of there less than 30 minutes and they even called in his prescription to our pharmacy so when I went it to pick it up after I left, it was ready and waiting for me. I cannot ask for more. And I LOVE LOVE LOVE that they are now open 7 days a week and are open most nights until 8pm. I dont know of anywhere else locally that has this convenience. I can now more than ever really count on them, any day of the week. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone!!!!

When my wife when in to the office to see if she was pregnant, because she was showing signs and symptoms and we are trying, she took a urine test, and because it was negative Hinnant said theres nothing we can do for you, even though my wife asked and wanted to know what was wrong with her, pregnant or not. A blood test was taken to check for pregnancy, and whoever lab person took it was rude, didnt want to do it and she said " well I dont think youre pregnant, but I guess Ill do this anyway." Hinnant said her symptoms were due to my wifes mulit-vitamin pills...too much iron..right. If so, whats the cure doc? Very unprofessional, Ill be sure to inform all my friends who are and want to be pregnant and ones who already have children, even if they dont have children, never to visit your office. And, Ill be sure to find another doctor for my wife.

I have been going here since August, new to state, had same doctor for 40 years, so as you can see how scarey it was for me, I,m 62 ..its a big deal. Found Doctor A (can,t prounouce his name..lol) sorry ..He made me feel very comfortable the staff was great this man had everything I was looking for in a doctor, If not for this doctor being so through I think I would of ended up in a wheel chair, he sent me to a specialist found out i need a hip replacement, my hip was already bone on bone, this did not happen over night ..so the radiologist in RI mis-diagnoised me can you imagine !!! So for me thank God for Dr. A.. If you need a good doctor, take a chance see doctor A...HES GREAT ..thank you doc...Denise Valley

I have a complaint with lab tests ordered. I went to have my blood checked for thyroid panel, I do not have a thyroid so I need my levels tested annually. I have a 20% co-insurance and many additional tests were ordered and it cost me $115.00 for bloodwork done unnecessarily. I am on disability and I "told" my provider this when she was ordering the tests for what I thought was my thyroid only. Follow-thru with referrals, prescriptions etc. has been poor. I also saw a male Dr. and he looked up my left nostril and went EWWWW!! I was too stunned at his reaction to react properly, I felt this was extremely unprofessional. There is a young blonde RN/MA (?) that is seemingly rude and doesnt talk to you.

I do not think that I could honestly recommend this establishment to anyone. Or maybe we had just received the wrong staff on a bad day. Our initial nurse in particular was fairly rude, and inattentive. We sat in the room waiting for an hour and six minutes, consecutively, before the nurse came back in to say that the doctor will be in shortly. Also, two of the female staff members had an extremely inappropriate conversation for the environment, to which could be heard very clearly in my room. We received the medical help that we intended to receive, but at the price of a friendly and professional environment, and we do not plan to ever return for treatment.

My experience with this facility was over all positive. Check in as a walk-in was easy. I was seen in less than 45 min. The personnel are amiable & professional. I liked the dr very much. He has a lovely personality and seems genuinely concerned about your health. Tests were done diagnosis came quickly as did treatment. Im very satisfied. I give it 3 stars for the following reasons. One, I was dissatisfied with the public restroom facilities & the room one uses for urine samples. Considering its a healthcare establishment I would like to see these areas better maintained. Two, nothing is perfect, the 4th & 5th stars can be used as goals.

My experience was terrible. I brought my two year old with me bc I didnt have a babysitter and he was having fun playing in the kid area. It was a very long wait. A woman whos.office is in the back came in the waiting area and rudely told me how my son was disturbing her by closing the play room door. Finally got back there and not even sure which doc I saw bc he never introduced himself. He was laughing at me and being sarcastic all bc I told him I used a Vinegar douche. I have nothing bad to say about the front office staff and doctor truman. But Im never going back. I felt humiliated.

Love love love Dr. Haga. Coming from Boston used to top notch healthcare Dr. Haga is the dirst doxtor I have seen in NC that has impressed me. Professional, caring and pays attention to detail. So happy I found him. Front desk Cindy is awesome to deal with always tries to be as helpful as possible and one of the nicest people Ive met here. Theres a assistant who helps with patience I wish I knew her name she has pretty blonde hair..so personable and helpful Phlebotomist is also gentle and professional. So far I feel like I hit the jackpot.

Will never try this place again. Their website clearly states "walk-ins always welcome," however that is not the case. I was turned away the first time with a 1.5 year old that was running a fever of 104 and was just turned away again because "they were pretty busy with appointments." I understand being booked with appointments, however the "walk-ins welcome" needs to be removed from their website because that clearly isnt the case. Immediate/urgent care shouldnt require an appointment... that pretty much defeats the purpose.

GREAT doctors & AWESOME staff!!! I HIGHLY recommmend anyone lookihg for GOOD doctors that you go to MedFirst Physicians Immediate Care & Family Practice!!! Dr. Haga & Dr. Gartman are VERY friendly & EXTREMELY thorough doctors with their examinations & explain things concerning your health care in a way that you can understand things easily & in most cases you can NOW get most medications they prescribe for you @ a low cost @ their office that saves you a trip to your local pharmacy!!!
