When we moved into our new house abt 2 years ago, my sweet neighbor told me abt Dr.Sykes office. She had nothing but great things to say and I am so glad I listened! Just one example: My sweet girl has a spot, maybe a bite, she keeps scratching at. So I called Dr.Sykes office today, at least 3 times, for advice. I spoke with Floral. What a sweet and patient woman! Instead of being like the typical "well we wont know unless you bring her in" aka money, she suggested I try Benadryl first and if she doesnt seem to be getting a little better by tomorrow morning, theyd work her in. I cant say enough wonderful things about Dr.Sykes and his amazing staff! If you are looking for top quality care for your pets, for a veterinarian AND staff to help ease your mind, even for the littlest things, this is the best place to take your pet babies. I never write reviews on anything, but I had to for LSHP. We are so Happy with this Vet. All of our animals see Dr. K! He is so patient with them, He spends lots of time with us to makes sure we understand everything, there is NEVER any hidden or unexpected charges. All of the staff is so caring, for pets and for people. We have had to make some very hard choices in that building and we were always well informed by the staff and never made to feel that we were doing the wrong thing. I honestly can not say enough. LOVE!

LSHSP has been our vet for 15 years. Their pricing is by far competitive, and the staff is friendly and kind. They have ALWAYS been their for us. When my dog was in her senior years, they taught me how to give her fluids on my own, so I didnt have the inconvenience or expense of bringing her in every 3 days for them to do it. And when the time came for her to pass on, they were kind and understanding, and even came out to our house to let her pass away in her own bed. Cannot say enough about them.

I have used Leonard Sykes a couple of times and the employees are always friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are not bad compared to other vets in the area. I seen Dr.K the last time which he was great in the room but I did notice during my time there, that he was very Ignorant to some of the other workers which rubbed me wrong. I dont care for two faced people; but the good thing is they have 3 vets to choose from!

I wouldnt even give one star if Google didnt make you. Leonard Sykes has gone way downhill with their quality and care!!! I have begged my parents for years to leave Leonard Sykes and now that they finally have Im so glad to say their pets are finally healthy again!!! For the sake of your order babies- please take them anywhere but here!!!

Great customer service and friendly, caring staff. As another person mentioned, its not super expensive like every other vet Ive taken my dogs too. A friend of ours recommended them when we moved to Wilmington, and I would certainly recommend them as well.

Ive been bringing my westies here for over a decade now. The staff is friendly and always happy to see you. Dr K is a fantastic vet who truly loves the animals he helps. I might be a bit biased, but I recommend him highly.
