These 2 doctors, non veteran catholics 1. Pamela Sue Sherer and 2. Eric Canna are horribly corrupt and unethical. These 2 are screening the disabled former soldiers and injured veterans for active service injuries in order to sabotage their earned and entitled benefits. At this point time. They are screwing the disabled former soldiers and injured veterans by lying, falsifying, and manipulating their current treatment notes. This is by design. So that the V.A. Benefits depts caseworkers pick up the disabled former soldiers and injured veterans current medical treatment notes, and thus their claims for entitled and earned benefits are sabotaged and denied. Their medical license should be immediately taken. No if, ands or buts!!! While the board of Ethics in Ohio, should conduct a meaningful and honest review of all the vulnerable veterans, diasbled former soldiers and injured veterans current medical treatment notes. So to compare them against with other doctors at other clinics, hospitals, and practices....

I do not have confidence in the place. The staffs competence at the front desk is hit or miss. Ive tried three times to get a veterans ID printed. Their system is always down. The medical staff is very nice but I dont think they are first class.

Called for an appointment on a Wednesday and got a voicemail saying they would call back in 24 hours. It is now the following Wednesday and have to call back because I still havent heard from them. On a 10 day asthma attack.

Patient Advocate is the worst of all. No accountability what-so-ever. Talks alot and says nothing. She needs to be the first example of Trumps VA Accountability Order (i.e. Your fired!)
