One of the worst ER visits of my life. The nurse put in the IV, in front of my 4 year old ( I had no one at that time that could watch him) my blood sprayed everywhere ( which should have never happened) they didnt even try to clean it up and it traumatized my 4 year old. He tried to clean it up. The IV was shoved so far into my hand, the plastic base was partially embedded, my tests came back negative for a kidney infection. The doctor never once checked for congestion, just asked if I had been coughing. I said I had been a little. He wrote me a prescription for mucinex, and inhaler and Tylenol. None of which had anything to do with the symptoms I went in for. He diagnosed it as a lower back sprain from coughing. My cough was hardly there, not enough to cause injury. And he never even listened to see if I was congested. 24 hours later, Im still at home and in pain, not coughing. Ontop of the fact the nurses were rude about my son being there. They kept asking if someone could watch him ( and he was being good and cooperative) they also said they wanted to give me stronger pain meds but couldnt until I found a ride. It took her about a half hour to get there and by that time they had got my kidney results back and because they were negative they didnt give me anything else for pain which meant the ride they hounded me to get, drove a half an hour for nothing. I will NOT go back to this hospital and I do NOT reccomend it.

We had to come to Alliance because of a death in the family that was bad enough but my husband fell down the stairs and was in alot of pain so o called our pcp and they told us to go to the er because he may have broke his tailbone and would need something for the pain.. So we went there and This hospital was horrible from the moment we walked into the er. Right from the start everyone had a attutide. Dr (if you want to call him that) filmer was more worried about making sure his hair looked perfect than my husband and his pain...so he was discharged with motrin and when I asked the dr for something else he had a look like I asked him for a million pain pills... Anyways we left and My husband was so bad we drove the hr to akron abd after a hour we found out it was broken and he was discharge with some pain medication that actually helped him. its a shame even when youre having a hard time nobody should have to deal with this place. Stay a way if you can... I truly feel sorry for people that live in this town because there is no other hospital to go to...

I am new to Alliance. I have had récent surgeries to remove hardware in and around hummorous bone. Right aide shattered, conclusion ex, ruptured eardrum L-4 andL7 disc ruptures. Ive started to have loss of urine and my pain was so bad i could not straighten up. I fell onto my arm, and i went for help. I was offered no pain relief and i sat and cried and limped out of there. I was humiliated and have never gone through an expérience like that. I have filled a complaint with administration. Iam 58 years old and a responsible woman whos life was changes by a sévère fall. Stay away from this insensitive ER. I NEARLY CRAWLED OUT OF THERE AND WAITED FOR MY PASTOR. NO ONE CARED Iam a human being needing checked. I believe i was profiled as i go to pain mngmnt, and was told to go to ER because of fall. . REBECCA MORGAN.

In the past year Ive had 2 surgeries, one as an outpatient, the other I had to stay in the hospital a couple days. The surgery unit is fantastic! Prior to the surgeries I had many tests done all at Alliance, the staff was very personal and took the time to answer any questions I had. I received attentive care during my 2 nights there. The nurses were great, but one was exceptional, Josie, on the OB floor. I and my family was impressed with her. Its a small hospital, but its my first choice! My only complaint, the food was honestly the worst hospital food Ive ever had, and Ive had plenty of hospital food. I would have given 5 stars of it werent for the food.

Great customer service. The staff of polite and friendly. The doctors are wonderful. It is a privilege to have this hospital in our community. We have been here for emergency services and were also treated with kindness and the employees were efficient. Its a one stop for all. They offer a lab that draws your blood, offer ultrasounds for women and general ultrasounds, there is an ENT on staff and an urgent care in town. They also have a doctors office attached to the hospital that is located in the professional building. There is a wound care center, gift shop and medical supply store on the grounds.

Took my friend to the emergency room and she has had really bad experiences with needles. Some of the nurses will not work with her at all when they want blood work. However Dean-emt technition was wonderful. I wish we could always have him. The nurses were mean and didnt care about her feels. The only good people are the xray technicians. Her doctor was Dr. Kolb. He is amazing. Very attentive and caring and did his best to rule out all possibilities.

Terrible experience. My dad and I went to get evaluated several days after a car accident when the pain became worse, to which I waited 7 hours for a doctor to lift my dads arm, who was also in for the same thing, and say that we both had whiplash. No exams/X-Rays or anything, and all the gave me was ibuprofen, which I already told them didnt do anything for the pain.

The family health center is a joke. My daughter is having a baby and has something going on and no one is answering the phone to take her call and answer her questions or advise her if she should go to the ER. That whole facility should be investigated and or shut down. Straight up ghetto hospital.

This hospital is the worst of the worst. If you get doctor Cunningham plan on just being pushed pills and made worst. The er is a joke and plan on just going to a "real" hospital because youll get misdiagnosed! Dont go to that hospital unless its a real emergency, but its worth it to go to Salem.

I give them 0 stars, very dishonest. I made an apt. for some issues and they wouldnt look at them even though I told them when I made the apt. what the issues were. but of course they still wanted paid. you are just a number there.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean and with amenities. This rating is for the facility as a whole during my visit. Opinions or disagreements with the doctors surely goes somewhere else.

Got hurt from work. They didnt do a Cat scan on my head. I told them everything . hitted my head were i blacked out.
