this place is super clean at all times if your lucky youll run into about the good nurses. other than that the doctors never address your needs. they give you a 15 min grace if your late but if your on time you sit about 45 mins waiting on a doctor. the doctors are always short on time. they will tell your whats your top problem we cant assist you with all now. horrible. i went in recently because i had all the pregnant symptoms i always have but i was still having my period. so i asked for blood test to make sure it does always show up in urine. he refused said i had acid reflux and just regular cluster headaches thats making me nuaseas. and if i was pregnant it would show in urine. ive never had that before not even pregnant. came back 2 weeks later asked for a full physical so they could check my blood. i was told they didnt have time for that they wanted to know my top complaint. and i could get over the counter test to check my blood for other things. after arguing with the doctor about my insurance paying for it she said well i do it for your peace of mind. found out im 3 months pregnant i could of had prenatal care earlier if the doctors werent total assholes. i never took the medication he gave me for acid reflux and the headaches because i knew i didnt have it, and it was super strong and i could of had side effects due to the drugs. never going back. they dont really care about us. is it possible to give negative stars. theres never a good day with them i swear. i could go on and on. with my previous birth i came in for a check up the day after i came out of the hospital and the doctor came in my room and was like yep your pregnant were gonna get you some vitamins. i had to then explain i just gave birth. and his response was yea well this happens some times your more susceptible. i had to repeat and say noooo i just gave birth like 4 days ago. im here for a check up for my hip he apologized and said wrong patient. totally weird did they mix up urine, charts what...... run from this place run

The front desk staff is very rude and impersonable. I attended an appointment with a hearing impaired client of mine and my client was treated poorly and with disrespect. There was no interpreter scheduled at fault of the scheduling department. My client rode an hour and a half on the city bus, pregnant, and an on call interpreter could not be located or even entertained. Front desk Staff did not seem to care about my client or her special needs and was also rude to me as I advocated for her needs. I do not recommend this place to anyone who enjoys being treated with respect and dignity.

Most doctors here are great! Select few (Dr. Jaikaran) will mock you behind closed doors while "bouncing ideas off of other doctors"... He often was unable to answer my questions and came across as being very new. Ive been going here for years. I understand that they are all learning but between the bad bed side manner and not knowing anything I often thought he was clueless. Dont let one not so great doc ruin avoiding this place all together. The other doctors are excellent. Especially Doctor Thomas and Dr. Daniels.

This practice used to be great and the doctors were great, but now the only good thing is the lady who checks you in. I came in for a well woman visit and the dr made fun of and harassed me because it was before the three year mark. Then today I came in for ongoing sinus issues and they dont want to try and help at all, knowing that I have been suffering for quite some time. I will never go back to this facility, and will definitely be finding a new primary care physician whom actually cares about their patients.

This used to be a very good office but it has really taken a turn for the worse and has gone downhill. The customer service is poor and most of the residents are incompetent. They were unable to correctly make a diagnosis for me and I suffered for years with something another doctor fixed in a month. They dont listen to you or have a true concern to help you.

One of the interns at this location almost cost me thousands of dollars for surgery due to not knowing my condition. Im so glad I got a second option from a certified gynecologist who said that there was absolutely no need for a biopsy. Since this incident, I have never went back to this place. Having students be my doctor is just not for me.

It WAS a.pleasant experience going there for 12yrs until today! I called for a appointment yesterday and I told the scheduler I may need a longer appointment. Well, that was not addressed because the doctor came in and asked me which issue did I need to address first because we dont have time. Dr Palmer, please work on your bedside manner!

Cirumcision! Beware!! The misleading indian lady"pediatric " reffered us to herself ! from Florida hospital. performed an aggressive circumcision on our 2 weeks old son. The result is a concealed penis! She told us "dont worry it will come out!! The babies are strong!"!! After almost 2 years we and our poor little son are still suffering !!

This Office does not answer their phone I have been calling for 2 days 5/25 and 5/26. You get a recording about their high call volume. I never heard back from a message I left on 5/24--Horrible Service! Last appointment I had waited one hour for the doctor.
