1-14-2016 Update: Be careful of any reviews of this doctor/facility. She may very well have her staff tell you to find another doctor and to leave because of a review...very convenient since they were having issues with my insurance I get told to leave...hmmmm, highly suspicious.. This has to be the saddest excuse for a medical center I have ever seen. The rooms are not clean and have dried up things on the floor that have been infused with dirt and hair. Doesnt even look like anyone even attempted to actually clean it. The exam tables in the room have cracks and holes in them, some are covered with duct tape and those are rolling up. You can visibly see black bacteria in the large cracks. Theres small chunks of something on the step getting up to the table too. There is a bio-hazard can that has yellow drips down the side with tubing of some kind hanging out of the top. There are splashes and drips down the walls and behind exam tables. I didnt want to touch anything. I know in between patients, they just change out the paper on the exam table, but do nothing else. Some tables dont even have paper on them. The staff cant pronounce most medications (fairly simple ones too), nor can they input medical histories correctly on their computer. Some have a hard time even filling out basic things on the computer, like height, weight, blood pressure and so on. Nor do they have any idea how to look things up in your chart before asking the same questions over and over when all they have to do is just read. They completely messed mine up and made me two medical files. When the staff called my insurer for verification, she yelled out my social security number at least 3 times and it could clearly be heard in the waiting room (there were several people waiting as well). I brought this to her attention and all she could do was just look at me, she couldnt even talk, say Im sorry or anything. They also ran out of the Tetanus vaccine. The first two times I went, I wanted to see the doctor. I got the PA instead, which isnt all that competent-not professional at all and hard to understand. The wait times are unreal. I had a 10:00am appointment, but didnt get out of there until after 12:00pm. Absolutely ridiculous. The doctor is ok, if you get to see her. She apparently has 2 other locations for medical practice. I havent gone to those, but I dont think driving that far is something I would do for this doctor anyway. Steer clear of this place, I know I will. Changing my insurance and going elsewhere.

Ive been coming to this clinic about 2 years, and especially to my favorite doctor, Dr. "P" (Palazzolo). I give them high marks all around. Dr. P is an outstanding diagnostician and medical doctor. She has treated me for many conditions - always quickly and correctly. I also appreciate her humor and personality - friendly and compassionate, while at the same time being very informative. If there sometimes is wait time, one has to remember they are very busy there, and medical conditions should be handled in order of their severity.

I made my first visit there and it seemed O.K. on that visit the doctor ordered an ultra sound which I did the following week. They then call me a week after I did my ultra sound to let me know that the results are in and that I should call them and schedule my follow up. I do just that, but when I get there, waited and made my Co-payment and went in the see the Doctor, they then told me they lost my results. I left with a headache because I was so upset.

First time Ive done a review like this. The staff were friendly and professional. Had to wait for about 30 minutes but thats excellent when compared to the 4 hour wait that can be expected for the same treatment in some of our over stretched medical facilities in the UK. A very positive experience in difficult circumstances. .

The wait time was ridiculous and the Dr. was extremely rude. We decided that we didnt want to pursue treatment with the particular Dr. on duty, because her bedside manner was very upsetting. On the way out we met other patients who wont be returning due to their experiences there.

Horrible office. The doctor wasnt bad, if you can actually see him. If youre sick the earliest they can see you is usually 2-3 weeks in the future which is ridiculous. Avoid it like a plague and go to an office which actually cares about your well being.

Not going here any longer. Moved. Efficient money oriented office. The biggest complaint I had was that I had to wait an hour to see the dr. If it happens again I will talk to her about it.

Doctor is good , but staff not professional. Scripts never get to pharmacy, and can never get through to office on phone. Terrible customer service.
