I took my spouse here for surgery on his ACL and other knee surgery. I was blown away by the service here. Very timely. The place well very clean and well kept, even the restrooms. There was a variety of complimentary snacks and beverages while you wait. They even had a screen in the waiting room that list the status of the surgery (pre-op, intra-op, post-op). Everything was on schedule which i loved. They didnt waste any time. I didnt feel like they were double or triple booked, like most doctor offices... I would highly recommend this place.

The best experience weve had with staff EVER. My husband and I have had 10 surgeries and 4 small procedures at various locations across the Miami Valley, and this was by far the best surgery, and experience with staff. I would highly recommend this place! For those who have not been here. It is hard to see from the road. Google will get you there just fine, but be sure to drive back past the Ice Skating Rink to reach your destination.

12/29/15. I had a wonderful experience here. From the moment I walked in the door until they escorted me to my car.The facility was clean.Each sraff member I encountered was friendly. Everything was explained in detail. No one appeared rushed. I was given post instructions and a follow up call. The great service by everyone was appreciated.

I had surgery performed in this center last autumn. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, organized and punctual. They gave the aura of confidence, which calmed my (natural) fears. Surgeon was the BEST. And the facility itself was really nice, new, well-kept, EXCELLENT. Highly recommend!

I had a colonoscopy here and it went GREAT! I drifted off to sleep very quickly, and in the blink of an eye was leaving for home. They also let me make payments, so that I didnt have to pay the whole thing right away.
