We took kitten to this place a few years ago around this time of year, in the winter... during their emergency hours... it was so sick, we had just took it in from the cold. After waiting beyond when their posted emergency hours for service, on a Sunday, older blonde female doctor finally showed up. She was the most rude individual weve ever met for a veterinarian!! Cant believe she was a doctor, and one of the owners of this place??!!??!! She said the kitten needed to goto an emergency clinic, not a regular vet with emergency hours. We went to another emergency vet, and unfortunately, that doctor there said the kitten probably wouldnt make it and needed to be put down. Very sad. Our experience with Roberts & Wendt couldnt have been worse. Theyre so bad, we wouldnt take YOUR pet to them, or another stray like the last time we went. Try another place, trust the multiple negative reviews!!

Called for first office visit for a puppy that needs to be shipped to Texas. I called and was going to schedule an appointment and asked what is required in the visit for the health certificate. She stated I dont know you have to check with carrier. I stated carrier needs up to dates shots and health certificate. She stated there you go. I again asked, what is required to ship? In a smart voice she said I dont know every state and country different. Asked how do I find out. She said ask carrier. I stated wont make appointment if she cant get info she hung up on me. I called back and stated glad you are that busy you can turn business away and she said yes. Then I hung up.

We took our new kitten here to check it out based on good reviews, but we will not be going back. We saw Dr. Gano who we really liked a lot, but the support staff leaves much to be desired. We were virtually ignored when we walked in, and at the end of the appointment we stood at the desk for no less than ten minutes while SIX support staff stood around, buising themselves with tasks like labeling charts with stickers and ignoring the person trying to *pay*. Will not be going back. The support staff could stand to remember that customers are the reason for their job, not an interruption of it.

I drove here from the east side of Cleveland metro at the recommendation of a west side friend for a second opinion on a dental surgery for my dog. I was VERY impressed with the overall experience, scheduled the surgery and will be switching vets and driving the extra miles to come here. We saw Dr. Michalosky and he was great with my dog, gave a very thorough exam, and was extremely personable. We highly recommend him! It is hard to find a good vet, so when you find one like Roberts and Wendt, go the extra mile!

Called on a recommendation from my Mom. Doctors are out of the office and I couldnt get an appointment till Monday, 4 days later. My dog has had a gnarly cough and issues barking so its pretty serious. Then my Mom tried calling, the woman said they were booked up. Even in an emergency! She seemed very preoccupied, short and rude as can be. I moved back to Ohio recently, and need to find a vet. I can tell you I will not try this place again. Customer service is completely lacking and down right rude.

My cat who is 7 yrs. old has been living with a lung disease since I rescued him 6 years ago. Recently he had declined a lot. I took him to Dr. Rich for a second opinion. This Vet is so compassionate and knowing... Tory was on deaths door.... Dr. Rich suggested a new med. and my cat played the other day! First time in a yer or so....I know this isnt a forever thing but I will take TODAY for Tory! Thanks a million Dr. Rich!

Do Not take your pet here. They (She-Wendy) removed an abscess from my iguana without numbing the area. I was naive and didnt know that skin around it wasnt dead. I had just rescued him. He had his mouth open as if he was screaming while beibg held down. The only time he ever wacked his tail at me was in the car after that horrific procedure. Do Not take your pets here. They are not empathetic Nor compassionate.

An amazing animal hospital. I cant explain in a review how happy I am with this place. The staff is very friendly and caring. From the veterinarians to the techs. Also their pricing is the best around. And they are very accommodating. The quality of care compared to the cost is unbelievable.

EXTREMELY RUDE RECEPTIONISTS!!!!!!!!!!! HAD A HUGE ATTITUDE PROBLEM. I get that it is black Friday, and everywhere is busy, but do not speak to people like you are annoyed with the questions that are asked. If they treat people that way, how do they treat the animals.

I cant thank Dr. Michalosky, the vet-techs and the reception staff enough. They helped me and my 17 yr old best friend (my cat Boo) through the final stages of her illness in her last 2 months with outstanding care and compassion. Im so very grateful. J.

An older facility but has the staff and prices you trust. Nice and knowledgeable staff. The only place I take our pets. Fancy expensive facility would give them 5 stars but the staff is great all day long. Pricing is very fair. Thank you guys.

Great place, they are very nice to my kitties and always fix them up right away. Fast & friendly service, usually in and out in less than twenty mins. Ill probably keep coming back to this place whenever my cats need a check up. :)

Theyre always great with our pets and the price was great for us. Its hard to find a good pocket pet vet that isnt outrageously priced. Staff is polite and we got our pet in the same day.
