I cannot say enough good things about this man, and his entire practice! My pain story isnt too different than most: tough blue-collar jobs, car accidents, sports injuries...and it all caught up to me around 12 years ago. Since 2005, I have been treated by other Chiropractic teams, had Epidural pain shots, PT, and massages with little to no lasting relief. Heck, some of my past Chiro visits caused more pain than they relieved, plus they wanted to see me weekly--for life. I am newer to the Columbus area, and luckily found Dr. Jim. I can whole-heartedly say this guy is nothing short of phenomenal. After my first visit, I can truthfully say that I experienced more relief than 5 visits elsewhere. I had gotten so accustomed to 5-minute adjustments elsewhere, that I didnt know there were still Doctors who cared enough to spend as much time with you as it takes. Jim does just that, and more. He has had me record videos while he performs different stretches and exercises he wants me to do at home. My adjustments are not just a couple of quick cracks and a "see ya next time". I have received head-to-toe stretching/adjusting that is nothing short of impressive. He gives you the tools to take care of yourself outside of his office too, so you know that he really wants you to become well, and not just another number. Plus, he has a great personality and approach. We usually go back and forth with friendly ribbing, which can make the visits much more enjoyable than a typical trip to the doctor. Also, I have had massages from two different therapists, and both have been extremely effective as well. All in all, I am really glad to have found this practice, and hope to be a patient for as long as possible!

I cant say thank you enough to Dr. Jim and his staff. Dr. Jim has been such a blessing to find! I was having lower back issues as a result of a car accident, and after just a few visits, he has my back feeling amazing again. The last two visits, I got a massage from Jen prior to my adjustment, and that is the way to go to get the best results. Jen and Dr. Jim together, have not only helped my original issue of my lower back, but have helped me with my neck, shoulders and lats that have always been tense, tight and full of knots. For the first time in years, I have more flexibility in my neck and head. I also like that Dr. Jim told me on my first visit, that his goal was to get me to the point where I didnt need to see him! I have only been to one other chiropractor, and his philosophy was "come on a regular basis".. meaning at least once a week. Dr. Jim has a different approach; he shows you stretches and strengthening exercises that you can do yourself, at home for FREE! This in turn, results in quicker and longer lasting relief from his adjustments. I have nothing but praise for his staff including Rhetta at the front desk; she is always pleasant and helpful.... all with a smile on her face. I would highly recommend All Star Chiropractic and Wellness for both chiropractic and massage services. I hear they perform acupuncture as well, but since Dr. Jim doesnt try to "upsell" you with any services you dont NEED, I have not received acupuncture. If you are looking for any of the services they offer, I would highly recommend that you give them a try.

TERRIBLE HORRIBLE NO GOOD VERY BAD SERVICE!!!!! i spoke with Reta at this office on may 1 2017, and we scheduled my new patient appointment for may 2 2017. i left work early to make my appointment. only to get there and the office was closed. A woman next door to the office stated the office had been closed ALL DAY and i was the second person who she has seen this happen to that day. I pray no one in the office had any type of emergency, but i still feel as a NEW PATIENT i should have been notified the office was closing early. The new hours on the door stricly state tuesday 12p-6p. my appointment was at 4:15pm TUESDAY MAY 2nd. and i work 10 mins away from this "place". ITS UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR SUCH AS THIS, WHICH MAKES PEOPLE HARBOR ANGER AND RESENTMENT AGAINST THE HEALTHCARE COMMUNITY AND BUSINESS OWNERS AS WELL. i have to make the time up i took off work to be at this appointment and didnt get service nor a curtesy call. I WILL NOT BE REFERRING ANYONE TO THIS "PLACE". Go to INNER HEALTH CHIROPRACTIC, with Dr. Brian L.House. THE SERVICE IS GREAT!!!! ..........p.s. the only reason i gave this "place" one star is because i was able to schedule an appointment and the receptionist was very nice. thats all folks!

I started going for my back pain and neck pain a few months ago and it has worked a ton, he knows so many holistic things and practical things for me to help myself when Im not there as well, so its like visiting a life coach expert. But now I find myself scheduling appointments to stay feeling good and just because I love the interaction bi-weekly, he is the coolest guy ever, sounds weird, but kind of like that big brother, who gives great life advice and you can talk to about anything. His staff is super nice, not just like nice friendly because they have to, but they are just the type of people that you can tell are actually those people that just wake up nice and friendly naturally lol I wish I was one of them. That makes sense he would hire those types of people because he is that times 10, so much energy and positive vibes! They just moved into a really nice facility too, getting that all situated, but overall when I have to move to another state soon, I am bummed that I wont be able to go here anymore :/ I have to visit Columbus here and there anyway, so I will definitely schedule appointments when Im here.

Dr. Jim is awesome. Very caring, very thorough and kind. A caring family man. Very good at what he does. So glad I took the advice of a friend and went to him. My previous chiropractor was basically taking me for all the money she could. He will work with you and spend the time with you that you need. I had borderline blood pressure for a year and after a couple visits with Dr. Jim, my blood pressure has been normal ever since. He also has a masseuse and prefers that you get a massage before your adjustment, which is included in the price of the visit. (at least with my insurance, it is) And his current masseuse, Kim is very good and very kind and fun to talk with. Also , his office lady, Reta is so very kind and professional and it is such a joy to talk with her. Go there! You will be glad you did! Also, check your insurance. It may be cheaper to just pay him out-of-pocket. I noticed a review with a low score because the reviewer said it was too expensive with his insurance. Write your review on Dr. Jims service, not what your insurance pays.
