I began seeing Dr. Wilamosky two years ago. Having spent months in pain from a pinched nerve in my neck, I was at my wits end. I had tried my regular doctor, medication, physical therapy and nothing brought relief. I happened to mention my problems to a friend who recommended Dr. Wilamosky. I had never seen a chiropractor before, and was honestly hesitant. Family and friends warned me that chiropractors were specialists, only out for my money, and that I would better off just waiting things out. They could not have been more wrong. From the start, Dr. Wilamosky was different than any doctor I had ever met. On our first meeting, he took x-rays and described to me exactly what it was that he did and what he could do for me. The adjustments he made to my back and neck brought instant relief and he showed me simple things I could be doing in my life that would improve back pain I had had for as long as I could remember. Fast-forward to this year. I began having more issues, this time in my shoulder. I was unable to move my arm and was having serious pain in my shoulder. Dr. Wilamosky worked with me once again, adjusting my neck and back and showing me simple exercises to do at home to strengthen my shoulder and bring relief. I also began seeing Trudy for physical therapy. She worked out a routine of stretches and exercises that would aid my shoulder muscles without hurting them. After a few weeks of adjustments and stretching at home, things are back to normal. Before seeing Dr. Wilamosky, I was ready to head to the ER. I expected to have to have an MRI and some serious pain medicine to be able to sleep and work again. Dr. Wilamosky is someone I can trust with my health. Dr. Wilamosky has finally cured my back problems after 5 years of miserable pain and frustration. Im 36 years old and I lead a fairly active life of running, weight lifting, and golf in my late 20s, but after a running injury I slowly started experiencing some heel pain and developed plantar fasciitis.. I was prescribed orthodics from a podiatrist and although the orthodics eased my heel pain, I slowly started to develop pain in my knees and my lower back. I went to two physical therapists over a span of two years and they both attributed it to a weak core. My back pain would subside, but always return in the same way after a few months of rehab. (and it was expensive). I was a little apprehensive at first about going to a chiropractor, but Dr. Wilamosky is very thorough, explains everything in great detail, and quickly put me at ease. He discovered that the right side of my pelvis had slowly dropped over time do to a small difference in the length of my right leg. He made a custom lift for me to wear and we came up with a plan for treatment. I felt immediate pain relief after two sessions of adjustments. He doesnt do any adjustment that you arent comfortable with and always explains what he is doing and how it helps your back. Finally, Dr. Wilamosky understands that the human body is all connected and takes a holistic approach. He urged me to continue with my core strengthening exercise, to manage my stress in my life, and to eat healthy. Im only a month out from my last episode and I feel amazing! Best of luck!

I came into the office with severe back pain. Dr. Wilamosky told me that with his care he could slowly make me feel better over the course of a few weeks. He was absolutely right, after about 1 month of treatment I feel great. No pain at all. He also gave me several tips on what to do at home to help my back pain so I dont have to see him as often. He is also a very personable guy who genuinely care about his patients. Would recommend to anyone who wants to be cured of back pain in the long term.

Dr Wilamosky has an excellent chiro practice! I first started visiting Grandview Chiropractic following a car accident but continually return. Ive had headaches the past couple of weeks and thought it was due to the weather fluctuations, but after a chiro visit the headaches ceased!! He was able to help my husband identify a case of shingles as part of his visit; his health knowledge in general is vast.
