Boarded our dogs here for Spring break (not our vet). We ended up being charged over 150% the agreed/ advertised price, because one of our dogs got injured while boarding. They felt that it was serious enough to treat without speaking to us first (they left a voicemail but we were not near the phone) and gave antibiotics as a precaution. Now our dogs are still there, an extra 2 days, because we have to wait until the next pay day (tonight at midnight) so that we can afford to take our dogs home... Not happy, as you can imagine. Dont get me wrong, Im glad they took care of the injury, but I would have liked a heads-up or billing option since we now have to pay fivehundred instead of the gareed upon threehundred. They a;so dont take checks because we havent been with them for over a year... I dont think we will be, either! I have not much to say of the actual boarding experience, as I dont have my pups home yet :( I do know that there is no fenced area, so the dogs dont get to play, they just stay in the kennel until they are walked on a leash 5 feet outside the building to a grassy patch..

My family and I have taken our pets to this location for our 2 dogs, Lucy and Trixie, for over 10 years. We have always received excellent service. This past week we had the unfortunate task of having both of our pets put down due to age and declining health. The care that was shown further added to the positive experience we have always received here. I cannot recommend this office more highly or specifically Dr. Andrew Queler and his staff. Your dedication to your work and care for our pets is greatly appreciated.

I highly recommend Healthy Pets of Westgate and Dr. Queler to care for your furry family. Yes, it may not be the cheapest place in town, but you get what you pay for - I wouldnt trust my pups care to anyone else!

I had to take my puppy Tank here yesterday evening. It was an emergency situation and it was close to closing time but the Dr and staff were amazing. They saved Tanks life, he would have passed away without there help. They were all so nice and helpful. Thanks for helping our little guy!!

They are very knowledgeable and extremely good with my pets. They ask appropriate questions and listen to client questions and give thoughtful replies. Instructions for caring for ill pets are always clear and concise. I also board my pets there and they have been well cared for.

I take my 2 dogs there primarily for boarding. They always seem happy to see my dogs and the dogs seem to be pretty happy to see them. Good value too! 16 bucks to wash my huge 100lb great pryenees?! Deal!! The vets seem engaged, thorough and knowledgeable.

extremely overpriced-felt like i was being sold a car by the vet had tests done on my dogs over 8 months ago,had to call to get the results place is always empty because their rep is bad

Large Waiting area, very clean & very neat but very high priced but one of the best places to take your pets too! Love them!! 24 hour emergency hours as well.
